Tadalafil not working

Common Questions and Answers about Tadalafil not working

Avatar n tn Sorry I don't know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
Avatar n tn Hi! Lisnopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor while Amlodipine is a long-acting calcium channel blocker. Tadalafil and amlodipine show minor drug interactions of not clinical, biochemical or other significance, so this combination is otherwise considered safe. Dosage and timing of dosage may need adjustment. Same is true for Tadalafil and lisnopril.
Avatar m tn Performance medications help sometimes help (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardelafil, .. ). But in other times they just don't have any effect. I have been told that as long as I have performance anxiety, all the viagra in the world will not help. To over come the problem, my doctor prescribed me Trazodone Hydrochloride 100mg every night. I have to say that after taking Trazodone for a couple of weeks I could have healthy sex with or without viagra.

Avatar n tn He said that although my testosterone levels may be normal (even though they are on the low side of the scale), my body needs more. He said that he would not recommend testosterone because too many side effects. A testosterone level of 305 being low for me makes sense to me. When I was 22, I participated in a research study at school....and one of the things they measured was testosterone levels. At this time my testosterone level was in the high 400's. He gave me a urology referral.
