34 days from possible exposure and at the end of the Doxycycline treatment my symptoms had started to clear, no more urge to urinate frequently or painful testicle. However my lymph nodes in the groin and right testicle remained swollen/ enlarged but not sore.
34 days from possible exposure I went for a Dual rapid test for HIV P.24 Antigen & Antibodies, Also a rapid blood test for Syphilis. Both came back negative.

So I was given levofloxacin 10 days then naproxen 500mg for 5 days didn’t get better. Dr the gave me 14 days cyprofloxacin with 10 days naproxen. Now my testicle is less sensitive but still swollen my lower hip and thigh hurts whenever I do a sudden movement like getting up or twisting.
The only time I feel pain/discomfort is when pressure is applied to the swollen area or I am sitting on a hard wooden chair. I have no blood in my urine and no pain while urinating. I noticed that at times the testicle seems bigger (when standing or moving around a lot). Hot baths and laying down reduce the size of the testicle. Also they hang at about the same length (the sore one isn't drawing up or anything). I just started taking Ibuprofen today and it has seemed to help.

about 10 days ago i experienced slight pain in my left testicle. it was a very dull ache type pain. so i went to the doctor and he told me to rest. Then the pain started to go into my inner thigh and i rested even more. Now 10 days later it is better but my inner thigh is sore and i still feel a very small pain in my left testicle. It wasnt so hard but my testicle got swollen in the area for a day or so then everything was normal until the next week.I went to urologist he said I had epididimo-orhitis and prescribed me Profenid and Zinat.I took those for 2 weeks.The pain started to get lower and lower,but after sometime it came back and till now its like coming and leaving.
The growth feels like it is attached to the testicle (it feels like a chord connected to the testicle) and there is also swelling in the testicle. This seams to be the case only in the left testicle. The right testicle appears to be normal or a little smaller i really don't know (and it does not hurt at all). Could this be due to low intake of water? I don't know if it has anything to do with the swelling but the my urine color was dark yellow.

About 6 weeks ago, I received Unprotected oral to completion from a stripper. I was struck with panic as soon as I finished. About two days after i began to feel a dull ache on the bottom/behind the right testicle, as well as begining to notice swelling of the left.. No Discharge, No Burning.....
My doctor got my urine sample back and said he found no infection, but he did find some traces of blood in there. He didn't seem too worried about it though, just told me to go on with my antibiotics and maybe follow it up in a few months.
He said maybe in a month do another urine test and if its still there they may do an ultrasound to see if there is anything there, I said Is this something I should be worried about and he said "no, not now", and seemed pretty relaxed about it.
Lab investigations like complete blood examination, urine examination, ultrasound lower abdomen and sometimes a urethral swab will help in diagnosis. Treatment will be started thereafter.My advise would be to consult a urologist.Hernias,varicocele and kidney or ureteric stones have to be ruled out.

Yes, chlam and gon can cause swollen testicles, but it wouldn't cause a testicle to hang lower than the other. That's not really swelling.
