Avatar f tn try not to have a lot of sugar and salt. I remember about a week after giving birth I woke up and my feet looked so skinny and small lol!
Avatar f tn my doctor said there happy for me to have a breech birth cause she is quite small and will pass through the birth canal easily but they will monitor me very very closely they did offer me a c-section but i rather try nd have her naturally..
Avatar n tn m due in 2 weeks and I currently have severe swelling of my feet, ankles, legs, pretty much everything lol. I was just wondering how long after birth all the swelling will reduce and my body will start to feel normal again.
Avatar f tn My legs and feet swelled horrible after I had my daughter. My doc said it was a the fluid trying to get out and was pooling in my legs. It was so bad I felt my feet squish when I walked. I was told to sit back and keep my feet elevated a few times a day until it went away.
Avatar f tn I'm 35 weeks pregnant my feet are so swollen.. well mostly in my ankle area . They are like triple time is normal size..
Avatar f tn After I had my baby my feet swollen up really bad. I'm thinking its from extra fluid since I had to have an IV in the whole four day stay at the hospital.
Avatar f tn Yeah I looked it up online but most of the people had it only hours after birth or for weeks!! I'm not even that swollen down there anymore and I only tore a tiny bit inside so if the cause of it is bc I'm swollen then it would have gone down by now you'd think. Its so uncomfortable!!! I never expected this to happen yet I didn't even know it was possible.
Avatar f tn It starts off with the worst contractions ever, if you get to the hospital early enough I highly recommend an epidural. It blocks most of the pain. My 1st pregnancy the epidural was too strong so I couldn't feel the contractions to push.I was 39 weeks. My son was stuck behind my pelvic bone over 4hours. You will probably tear or need to be cut depending how big the baby is. After baby is born, you still need to push out the afterbirth (placenta).
Avatar f tn Is anyone lees terrified of giving birth ? I'm just scared things won't turn out the way there planned an I have to get a c-section or something.
Avatar f tn ve just had my baby (just under 33 weeks) but when I was around 20 weeks it was really hot and my feet were swollen to, its just the heat. Try and put your feet up and keep wriggling your toes n flexing your feet it helps take some of the swelling down.
Avatar f tn My feet were the same after birth of my first. I compared them to stumps as they were just these fat blocks of foot sitting on the end of my leg. It weirded me out. Probably lasted up to a week or so.
Avatar f tn Any tips or advice for swollen feet except for drinking lots of water and putting feet up?
Avatar f tn i wish i could answer your question, but you can go online and look it up about edema in the feet after birth. Docs usually say if your feet are swollen t will go away shortly after birth. So im not sure... my feet are swoleen to but im not due for another 25 days. i usually go on google for almost everything if you cant look it up i will for you. my bfs son has pernant edema of the feet and hes had it since he was born so i am sorta interested in the subject.
Avatar f tn m 23 weeks and my feet are killing me. I have to soak my feet in water. And my bf tries to me, by giving me foot rubs now n then.
Avatar f tn do u start feeling pain out of nowhere or what im a ftm and i feel great i just have swollen feet and heartburn but other than thaf just feel anxious nervous??
