My cousin did. As a professional massage therapist I recomended a swedish massage twice a month. It's cheaper than seeing a therapist, or medications and if you need those they'll refer you. Try to massage your feet so you can feel somewhat relive. Try reading less salt since the salt make you retain water and that's how feet get swollen.
