These last from 1/2 hour to several hours, and lately, since the stroke, the chill episodes are followed by distinct changes in my stroke symptoms - Nerve sensations and numbness are either worse or better, different areas are subject to numbness than before, and one session even led to a paralysed arm having motor function return (limited) after the chills.

You need to see a doctor. I can't tell if you are experience effects of diabetes or blood clot or pinched nerve or a stroke, but you need to call an ambulance to get you. If you just have somebody drive you to the hospital, you will be stuck in the ER for hours. If you go by ambulance, you go to the front of the line. This sounds serious, like stroke or blood clot or infection.

Frequent sweats and cold chills. Dizzy off balance weak and tired. Tingling in right foot and leg at times. Numb hands mild chest pain and palpitations left lower leg swelling bad tinnitus and blurred vision. Everything I've been doing at work for months now looks new to me again. Weird urination urges and sudden urge to poop but little fecal matter. Mildly bloody bowels. Odd intense body aches and headaches that come and go within 1 minute or so.

i am a 42 year old female. last year i had a tia (mini stroke) followed by severe fatigue, migraines, bone pain, shaking chills with no fever, pale skin and ringing in my ears. they found I have several vitamin deficiencies in b12, folic acid, D and iron but it is unknown as to why. I have had multiple blood tests, any you can imagine, including for leukemia and all negative. i have high leukocytes on the regular and daily runny nose qith occasional sore throat.

s because Sunday afternoon is kind of a downer for me or what but, it seems like having the worst symptoms 3 days after inj. is a long time.

Hi, It is difficult to differentiate complicated migraine from stroke. The symptoms of stroke develop very rapidly while the symptoms of complicated migraine develop insidiously. MRI and CT scan in patients of stroke shows the characteristic small vessel ischemic changes. The best treatment for migraine is recognition and avoidance of trigger. Medications like NSAIDS are used to abort acute attacks of migraine. Other medications include butalbital, isometheptene and botox.

Is it normal at 4.5 weeks pregnant to have chills (no fever) and diarrhea? Just a little worried.

ll notice that my right pupil is larger than the left. Should I be worried that these are like stroke symptoms or something else? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The doc put me on meds , anti biotic teice a day, but it seems to be getting worse. The chills and sweats leave me soaked, the headaches are unbelievably painful, and the joint pain is horrible. I have never experienced anything like this. Can anyone give me an idea about when the symptoms may begin to ease up just a little?

sounds like flu symptoms. rest is important when you have a cold. as well as drinking fluids. Mucinex can help unthicken the mucus. if there is an ear ache ther is usually an ear infection. Get the Doc to give you some antibiotics.

for the past few days i have had them probly the worst i think, no fever no other symptoms apart from very very painful chills body akes and i feel so tiard and weak, after my chills have broken i get very hot, but am to scared to take blankets off incase they come back as even tho i am hot i can still fell that chill feeling. i had bloods done today for the 1st time but i am not hopefull they will find anything, there must be some 1 out there who knows smthing??

Hi,ladies i am about 5week's pregnant i have been getting really bad chills during the night for the past days. And i little during the day.Is anyone else having theses symptoms. I go back to the doctor on the 4th.I don't want to worry this is my 3rd baby and with the others two i didn't experience this.

For the past few months, out of nowhere, my nose will start to burn a little, then I get cold chills, and sick to my stomach, and dizzy. It only last for a few minutes, but it keeps happening for no reason. I can be asleep, and wake it it will happen. or I will be at work and out of no where here we go again. I get the chills when I'm super nauseous. A couple weeks ago my kids were all in shorts and tank tops and I put on fleece pj pants and a sweatshirt! I went to tell them to put coats on and my husband stopped me. It was me, not them. I think it was 80 something out. So you are not alone!

My husband suffered heat exhaustion a few days ago. He ran a fever of 101 all night w/ sweating off and on. Thinking he would be in the a/c he went back to work the next day and had to be outside to fix a part on the equipment he was running which set him off to a severe headache, he quit sweating, dry and hot, his muscles were starting to cramp and he said he felt like he could vomit, but never did. He had all the symptoms of a stroke, but didn't lose consciousness.

I still have thrush, chills, and night sweats.. chills throughout the day and slight pain above my penis in pubic hair, not a rash but an ache.. its at the 9 week since my incident so I was wondering if this could be symptoms of job this late?

Does anyone else, along with other symptoms, have chills and sweating? Along with extremely bad shaking and dizziness, fatigue, abdominal spasms today, I have gotten bad chills. I have reflux and huge amounts of painful gas on my left side. I have lost so much weight that I feel weak but it's so hard to eat because of pain and difficulty breathing. If I could just rest and get a good night's sleep, I know that would help. I am on Xanax and it only helps minimally.

A year ago I believe I suffered some heat exhaustion/stroke and since then, when i start getting hot during activities, i get chills up and down my spine, arms and legs. My calf muscle on my left side will tingle/becomes numb, i get dizzy , my face gets red, i can feel my heart pounding in my head and my breathing is rapid but shallow and i have trouble regulating it for a few minutes. I have had chills since January,worse late afternoon,in spite of a warm house and long underwear. Do others have this problem,and other than a hot bath, any helpful remedies?
