Avatar f tn I had a thallium stress test a week ago. Now I'm setting off radioactive alarms at the facility where I work which is a heavily secure building. How long will the thallium remain in my body?
Avatar m tn Stress is a part of everyone's life. What you're describing is either an anxiety disorder or a deep insecurity, perhaps from something that happened to you. At any rate, I think it's time you see a psychologist for therapy to see if you can get to wherever it is you want to get in your life.
Avatar f tn U.S. security officials say the country's cyberdefenses are not up to the challenge. In part, it's due to a severe shortage of computer security specialists and engineers with the skills and knowledge necessary to do battle against would-be adversaries. The protection of U.S. computer systems essentially requires an army of cyberwarriors, but the recruitment of that force is suffering.
Avatar n tn I had a gated stress test and the report states: myoview stress test: stress and resting spec views of heart were obtained in vertical long axis, horizontal long axis and in short axis projection. There is uniform distribution of isotope throughout the myocardium following stress. Resting scan reveals similar findings. No reversible changes are noted. Ejection fraction measures 69%. All of that sounds ok then primary diagnostic code is minor abnormality! What is abnormal?
645800 tn?1466860955 Of course if you mess up the username/password enough, or sometimes even if they detect you are not on your normal computer they then ask you security questions. Those really get my head spinning quickly. They all seem to have their own set of questions to pick from, and some of those are real douses. One of the sites had as one of their security questions as on what street did you live when in the third grade.
Avatar n tn Yesterday I had a nuclear stress test and within a couple hours I felt a hot itchy spot about 6 inches long and 3 inches wide from my shoulder down. The place where the Adenesine was injected did not get red. About 4 hours later I called my drs service and one of them returned my call and we discussed whether I needed to go to the ER. I chose to take a couple benedryl instead. Today the red long blotch is still there. I went to my cardio dr.
Avatar f tn ll look later, so I googled this Victor Somebody and it says that he started out as a chemist in Princeton University, varies other endeavors and he is like the Godfather of computer security. He teaches people that even though they think they are secure, they are often times not. So what's he doing on my little unimportant computer in Tacoma? I have no clue, I am more confused than ever, but he does not sound like a hacker living in his mother's basement to rob my little acct.
Avatar f tn There can be a false positive but modern nuclear stress tests include computer programs that correct for some of this blurring and muffling.
Avatar n tn   I have had several detached retinasand some other issues with the macula, I currently have oil in my eye.  It has been in for 4 weeks, Myhis vision is VERY distorted, and I cannot read a computer screen at all with my right eye. I get a lot of ghost vision especially if I try to use both eyes. It is very uncomfortable to keep my right eye closed to drive or read I have to. I only drive when I have to and very limited area and no night or bad weather driving.
144586 tn?1284666164 Similarly a test in a sensior citizens center found the computer software will not permit downloading of the program. A third test in an internet cafe demonstrated the survey cannot be downloaded. A fourth test in a deli pay computer also blocked the survey. This suggests that many people are not going to be able to answer the survey, who would desire to do so, and the outcome will be biased. This should suggest that a new survey be devised without the .exe file.

Avatar f tn This was sent to me by a Computer Security Instructor at my College. According to Microsoft, this is a major issue for Windows XP and/or Windows Server 2003. Please read this. http://www.comcast.net/articles/news-general/20090707/US.TEC.Microsoft.
Avatar f tn I have been having on and off headaches all day that last seconds when looking at light. When I was born my doctor said I had big pupils and would be sensitive to light, but it's so bad the headaches aren't horrible I did have a headache as soon as I got home I sat at my computer monitor and it was horrible is this stress? I have anxiety and it's pretty severe. Should I worry? I'm 14 and never had head promblem etc.
1118228 tn?1261013203 After all if I knew that this were going to happen I would have worked for someone not myself. I would have done those high stress jobs that I always wanted to persue. I never let anyone tell me that somthing wasn't possible... I proved them wrong. Now I feel helpless and confined and aggravated. Anyone have any suggestions? I don't care about the money i just want my meds and therapy!
572651 tn?1530999357 Got the computer, got the restore disc, even have Norton security again. What a relief! Felt like I was in solitary confinement. Over the next few days I hope to read lots of threads, but I'll never catch up with 3 weeks' worth, so I'd greatly appreciate getting the heads up on particularly key threads and themes. Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans here. I'm cooking up a storm!
Avatar f tn 2) Any opinion on has my condition resulted from strenuous computer usage? 3) Does excessive computer usage have the capability of causing such damage? 4) Can your eyes get severely strained to the point where it becomes mandatory to take a LONG break from the computer (few weeks or maybe months)? 5) Should I look forward to the floaters possibly reducing in number or just continue to adapt. 6) What are ways to relax and relieve the stress of worrying about the floaters?
11626839 tn?1420237790 What computer site can I use to keep track of my medical history and medications
Avatar f tn Not entirely, no. Dreams are the brains way of relieving stress, showing you memories, thoughts wants and needs. Usually these are harmless or (If you believe the brain Is this strong) Can predict the future, past, present and other circumstances by a massive mathematical analysis, Much like how a computer can simulate battles or fights for someone to watch.
Avatar f tn thanks for the kind thoughts and words, you guys. it helps take a bit of the sting out of the situation. we just got back from 3 hours in the emergency room with my little one. she fell and hit her head on the tile floor in our bathroom and has a huge goose egg, but she's going to be fine, thank heavens. i know i will be bedridden tomorrow as a result of the stress and having to sit upright for that length of time, but i am just relieved she's okay.
