( its like waiting 4 Xmas but not sure if ur going to get what u asked 4....

It feels like pressure or tightness underneath my scalp and is particuarly bad when I get up in the mornings, when I cough and at various intervals throughout the day. It started on the plane home after xmas and has been occuring for five days pretty much all day and my back is also beggining to hurt. I did have a particuarly stressfull and traumatic Xmas having witnessed a close friend die in a car crash on top of fairly major family issues. Could this be stress related???

m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Well today my hubby text me and said his check was almost 300 dollars extra for money his job has owed him since last year!!!

Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.

At walmart by the bath salts there is n aches and pains essential oils that i soaked in tonight and im gonna do stretches to see if it helps. In my last pregnancy the chiropractor was my only relief i just can't afford it now. Try prenatal yoga or massage?

This week has been the hardest week on tx so far,coughing, headache, and late in the evening gagging to the point of throwing-up. I have been under a lot of stress at work. Does stress have any effect on tx.

Okay ladies. I'm a nervous wreck. After being in the hospital Xmas Eve at 32 weeks I was 1cm/contractions 4mins apart, was on magnesium/sulfate and given 2 steroid shots for my daughters lungs. Last weeks ultrasound little one was estimated to weigh 4lbs/7oz. Monday at my Non-stress test went okay my amniotic fluid was a level 9. My question is those who have been through losing their mucus plug... How long before you went into active labor?

Omg having to wait until xmas I would hate it Im already hating that im due july5 i wish I was due sooner !! Being on bedrest stinkss and is making it go by soo much SLOWER........

Anyone due next year && wanna buy baby Xmas presents? I'm due in Feb && wanna buy my baby a tablet. Is that too over board?

I haven't seen those on yet, i did see most of the cartoon ones, like frosty and rudolf. But that's it. I haven't even seen it's a wonderful life yet which is strange. And haven't heard any christmas carols on the tv either.

Can stress cause preterm labor? I've got three more kids and I'm 24 weeks, dealing with lots of stress. I'll have short pains but nothing too serious. I'm scared my stress level might make me either lose this baby or go into labor too soon. Any ideas girls?

With the intention to get him again for the 2 weeks Xmas holiday however the teacher told me to call his dad as his dad says no... His dad text me to tell me he has plans he will drop him off the Monday prior to Xmas. . When he get here he's texting me telling me I will only have him for 2 days cuz i had him for thanksgiving. .. then what hurts even more my son telling me he wants to spend Xmas with his dad as he always spend it with me.. His dad drove off again...

With a couple of games . N now that hes on xmas break from work . I havent seen my hubby hes in the game rooom with my 3 yr old playin online my son eats sleeps n poops but my husband seems not to be doing this any more HELLO I NEED ATTENTION TOOO... so i hid the games from.him yesterday n he hasnt found them but he bought games online ... i feel bad cus i did this n hes ignoring me over this thing ..idk wat to do he gos back to work on january 6 thats a long time to be ignored ..

ANY stress made my thyroid disease act up! Christmas was no exception! That total drained burnt out feeling that comes with the organisation used to be a nice satisfying feeling of achievement, but as the disease progressed so did the burnt out feeling become more of a challenge to deal with. It got to the point I had to say, Sorry, family, just can't do it anymore. So I have not 'done' Christmas, either hosted it nor attended it for nearly 15 years.
