Avatar f tn m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Avatar m tn Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.
4268628 tn?1375041176 So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.
Avatar m tn Even the dizziness. And stress is not always the cause, there are many triggers...hunger, allergies, aggrevation, scents...to name a few. The thing you have to understand is finding a remedy for you is a marathon, not a sprint. There are lots of medications and combos and each person is diff so, just cause one migraine med doesn't work doesn't mean it's not migraines. As for the bump...was it there when they did the scan??
168348 tn?1379357075 Dancing is my #1 stress buster, I go beepboppin around the house and get a good laugh when my mom or bf catches me... -A nice long hot shower does it for me too...I dont ever want to get out - And once in awhile just one glass of merlot will do me good.
Avatar f tn It could be stress. Intense stress can mimic pregnancy symptoms especially if you're preoccupied with possibly being pregnant. How early after a missed period did take the test? Is your period late? Without a timeline, it's difficult to find any possible problems with the test.
Avatar n tn I am a 42 year old female who works in an office. I noticed about a year ago that perfume a certain young lady who works with me wore made me sick. I would get a very bad headache and have breathing difficulties. The breathing seems to be getting worse. She refuses to stop wearing this brand of perfume and now everytime she does I have to go home. I begin to feel like I'm trying to breathe through a straw and have to keep coughing and clearing my throat to get a good breath.
Avatar f tn I found out I am pregnant again and am 6wks 5days. I am terrified. Any tips on how to reduce anxiety and stress due to my last experience?
1748829 tn?1338037041 I would just lime some good news or a song share or a joke that will make the stress and all go away. Distract from the shoulder pain maybe. Please and thank you in advance.
Avatar f tn Try popsicles.
Avatar f tn Use mild, unscented soap (some scents can cause irritation) and be sure to rinse the soap off well and towel off lightly. Take an occasional warm oatmeal bath. (You can buy oatmeal bath preparations in drugstores.) Slather on unscented moisturizer after you've showered or bathed. Try putting cool, wet compresses on itchy areas. Avoid going out in the heat of the day, since heat can intensify the itching. Wear loose, smooth cotton clothing.

Avatar f tn I feel your pain on not telling family members. I used to have a hard time telling my Dad because hes a Catholic, Id cook a huge steak dinner each time. But Id feel better afterward. Im also a total "daddys girl" lol so that may have helped. Anyway! Jumping off the soapbox, I agree that you should tell your family hun.
Avatar f tn m suffering as well. But scents help. Soothing scents help me in the morning, I use lemon and ginger as soon as I get nauseous usually around 4:30-5am.
1529159 tn?1295032800 i am so stress right now and all my body wanna do is sleep how can i break out of this cycle
Avatar n tn Even if its just some dry cheerios a few pretzels, its gotta be something. Nothing besides a cold dish food sounds good. Because any hot food with strong scents make me feel even more sick. I had this with my last and it lasted untill the day she was born (sleeping at 38 weeks) . Im sure ill be super sick this entire pregnancy too but its NOT the case for everyone.
