stress relief necklace

It feels like a tight necklace around my neck. i dont know how to get rid of this.. maybe its GERD? but i dont know im kinda scared because it will not go away. VERY ANNOYING. Help please??

m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Well today my hubby text me and said his check was almost 300 dollars extra for money his job has owed him since last year!!!

Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.

Everyones posting about planning their baby showers, i'm getting alittle jealous I have to wait 2 more month's even though I won't have to really stress about planning it since my sister and cousin are the party planners in the the fam, I already know i want a mustache themed shower so hopefully they'll agree (they have no choose) I want to have mustache related games to go though any ideas ?

Stephanie, u mention a necklace u wore.for yrs with no problem. I had that happen to me 2 yrs ago.with a necklace and it was bad. My Dr told me u can develop allergy to anything at anytime. It ididn't go.right away when I took necklace off. It took 6 weeks. Marie, I have an allergy to.the creams. How did u find one that worked?

Mmmm I really honestly don't think they work. I bought one for my son I actually bought the necklace and an anklet I put them on him and I didn't see any change at all he was still hurting I putthem in him for a good 2 months and it did nnothing. So I came to the conclusion that the parents feel calmer thinking these necklaces work so the baby clams down aswell because they aren't feeding off the stress from Mum or Dad.

They'll go back to normal - it's just temporary edema and happens to pretty much everyone. Just put them on a secure simple necklace and wear them like dog tags - that's what I did with my first and what I'm sure I'll have to do again.
