4268628 tn?1375041176 So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.

Avatar f tn m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Well today my hubby text me and said his check was almost 300 dollars extra for money his job has owed him since last year!!!

I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

She stopped liking to play with the group. She decides to sit and watch. She asks mum to tell who ever is in charge that she doesn't want to play. Mummy ignores it. She is also afraid of loud noises. I am really curious whether this is something that I can develop my child to overcome or get rid off?
Avatar m tn What if, for example if he is afraid of greeting a group of kids, they DID make fun of him and make him feel like a jerk? He pictures it. Then realizes -- well, it would stink but I'd be okay. So then he is less afraid. That's just an example. But think through what your worst fear is of walking somewhere. Is it health anxiety? Is it that someone will hurt you? Think of the fear and then go from there.

Various Activities such as: Book Clubs, Writers, Music/Musicians/Cooking, Sewing, Fashion, Home, and some more was among what I had in mind. Talking to someone about the stress or situation is helpful and keeping a journal can be enlightening. But------ making sure that these symptoms are related to stress is important and a doctor can help with that. And deciding if it is chemical or situational is something having a doctor help you with would be good. So call your md.

Please someone help me I have three kids I am off work cause they wont let me drive as long as I get the black out things. I am no closer to getting relief since no one seems to have any answers. I am a Hospice nurse and I have to drive over 300 miles a week, I need to figure this out and fast before I loose my house and everything else.
Avatar f tn Are you on any medication? Are you seeing a doctor ? And do you have your latest blood test results (TSH; FT4; FT3)? Sorry - answering questions with questions. But you shouldn't be feelng so awful without a doctor's intervention, and while adjusting the meds take great patience, there is a light at the end of the tunnel when you start feeling better.

If I role a large towel and lie down on it with my spine along, that provides some good relief. Swimming and surfing aggravate the neck a bit. The more I do it, the worse it feels. If I tilt my head to the left trying to touch my ear to my left shoulder, I experience a bit of pain.

Avatar m tn but pvc continued to disturb my chest, affecting my sport activities, etc etc. in 2013. on second monitoring i had 2500 irregular beats, and doctor prescribed me beta blockers and referred to specialist for arrhythmia. last year i had had firstly 40 000 ir.beats, and after including some anti-arithmics, using them for 10 months, i had 30 000. so, few days ago, three doctors examined me and suggested RF ablation. this is just one side of my story.
