I have the same problem too sort of! I have a headache on the top of my head but only when I push on it! I have seen two doctors, the one doctor couldn't find anything and the other thought I was crazy! It doesn't hurt unless I push on it and it actually went away last week but came back this week! I am thinking maybe it was stress. Are there nerves around the skull or anything cause I don't think it's my brain! It's scary though! How are your headaches doing?
Migraine headaches may cause throbbing, pulsating type of headache which may start on one side of head. There may be associated nausea and vision problems. They are characterized by a strange, pinching feeling on top of my head that typically - about 75% of the time - I can't feel at all until I make a facial expression - ie frown, furrow my brow, crunch my face together - then I feel a sharp pinch in the same spot every time, the top slight left of center of my head. It occurs in an area about the size of a quarter.
For about a week now I have had some sharp pains on the top of my head. Mostly on the right side. Sometime pain in the back of my head also. My whole head feels fuzzy or I get a stinging sensation. My doctor is setting up a ct but does not think it is anything serious. Pain pills do not seem to help either. Any help out there?
For the past 2 weeks I get this throbbing pain on the top of my head on the right side at the same time every night. The pain is always in the same exact spot. The pain lasts for a few seconds, subsides and then comes and goes until I fall asleep. It happens around 10 pm every night. It never happens during the day or when I am exercising. I am scared of an aneurysm or tumor, but I had a brain MRI last april and a cat scan a year ago, both of which were normal.

For persistent headaches, possibilities like migrainous, cluster, tension and refractive errors that need to be evaluated thoroughly with the help of a neurologist here. Migraine like headache can be throbbing, one sided of face & head and preceded by aura (starts with blurred vision). Cluster headache may appear as burning, explosive in nature and tear appears from eyes. Tension headache originates with stress and anxiety disorder.

For the last month or so I have been experiencing a weird feeling on my head like my hair is being pulled, sometimes it is at the back of my head other times on the top. I also sometimes have a feeling like something is pressing on the top of my head or the muscles are all clenched or something. It's really hard to describe. I have been to my doctor who has said it is probably tension headache caused by anxiety, I do suffer from health anxiety.
ve had a cold feeling on my forehead and sometimes on the top and back of my head and sometimes it will move to the sides where my temples are as well. It feels as if an ice cold rag is laid on my head. Sometimes it will feel like it's tingling too. At first I tried to ignore it, but it just wont go away. When it first started it would only happen once a day, but today was the first day that it had been going on all day and will not stop.

It's 4:00 in the morning and I couldn't sleep because of the pressure,tenderness and throbbing in the top of my head. It"s painful to touch the top of my head and little hair bumps top up sometimes. it's worst today then before. I have a bald spot in the top of head also. I am under a lot of stress working two jobs and single.
I don't know if this is a sign of going thru the change or not but I'll really concern.
About amonth ago i got this odd feeling on top of my head it is on the top left side it is and on and off pressure/pain feeling in a localized spot that ican pinpoint everytime. It came out of nowhere and it have it every day. I also get it on the back of my head and my neck gets tense and i think i have a pinched nerve in between my left shoulder blade and spine.
The headache has gone away mostly but I still have a very small area of pressure located in the back top right side of my head. Right where your head starts to slope down. Its not really even pain but just pressure or an odd feeling. I have had it for a little over a week now and am wondering why it would be in one specific area for a few days now. I have had anxiety in the past, around the age of 18. I stopped taking medication for it and haven't had any for a while now.
I'm having pain at the top/back of scalp on the right side of head. It's not constant.....but random.....maybe a few times in a hour. Not sure if I should be concerned.......this all started yesterday.
The back of my head hurts so bad right now I feel sick to my stomach. It has been hurting for over 2 weeks, but this morning is the worst. I am going though a lot of stress lately, so I know it is related. I think I will go see my dr. today. Pain med does not really help much. I've never had my head hurt for so long. On Tuesday, I got a sudden, intense headache at the top of my head while in the middle of reps. It hurt so much and felt like such a direct result of lifting that I stopped my workout and haven't been back sense. I notice whenever I exert myself it comes back a little bit, so I stop myself. When its not hurting directly, I can still feel it a little bit, its very specific at the top of my head. I've been taking it easy waiting for it to heal but it seems to be taking its time.
I have recently started to have very random extreme shots of pain occur in the top left side of my head. It only lasts 3 or 4 seconds, but when it occurs, I causes me to want to grasp my head and close my eyes until it goes away. It's very excrutiating. I have no had any type of head trauma and have not been under any type of stress. I am a female, 29 yrs old and recently had a physical before this started. I'm in excellent health and exercise at least 4 or 5 days a week.
Sometimes you can have a migraine continuously for a long time. Migraines are usually on one side of the head of the forehead. You may want to see a neurologist. They can take an EEG (to check the electrical part of the brain) and maybe a MRI to follow up with the structrual. Hopefully the symptoms will help them diagnose you properly. I have a migraine variant and migraines and my EEG is abnormal without meds.
I woke with a headache on the right side top on my head. The headache was very severe but it only lasted one hour.
I was extremely dizzy, my eyes seams like they were rolling around in my head. After walking around for a while the head seam to disapear on its on. I went to a Doctor and he check my blood pressure and for stroke both was alright. I was at the doctors office within two hours after waking up.
Past week i have had this weird burning, tingling type feeling in the top of my head on the right side. I do not know what the hell it is, i have read its due to blood pressure high, anxiety, muscle problem, nerve problem. I just hope it not the worst scenario i have read which i do not what to say.
