I think you should keep up the
stop smoking program if you can. If you only had 1 in a week, that is more than a good start, so you might as well reap the benefits and stop altogether. I know it is very hard to do, but it doesn't help with your depression one little bit, so you should give it up if you can. Since you live in Canada, you have seen all those yuchy warnings on the cigarette packs. Maybe collect out the whole collection and put on a page for inspiration.
