I quit smoking cold turkey last November after reading a book called Allen Carr's Easyway to quit smoking. It was the final thing that pushed me over the edge to finally quit. The book is great, and it lets you smoke while you read it. It deals with the mental aspect of nicotine addiction, because believe it or not, the physical isn't really the problem, even though it feels like it. Anyways, before I read that book, I had tried quitting at least 30 times, no joke.
