Avatar n tn I've been dilated at a 6 since last Monday and baby is at station +1. Docs said they thought I would be back within 2 days to deliver because she is so low, and because I'm dilated so far. I wish she would come already! 700218 tn?1231166536 Hi! and Congratulations! It is most likely the pregnancy and not the Prometrium which is causing you to be sick, and I'm not sure whether that is good or bad news! So, no it won't stop when you stop the Prometrium, however, it might stop (pregnancy associated nausea and vomiting aka morning sickness) often gets better as you get into your second trimester--week 13-14 or so.
Avatar f tn This is my first baby and EVERYTHING that can happen has! I was diagnosed with Hypermesis (HG) at 7 weeks so I could not keep down foods and liquids for 11 weeks; plus I was on bed rest 2 months; several hospitalizations, a home care nurse and an IV for 8 weeks! I am on meds and a 24 hour Zofran pump still to stop the vomiting and nausea. I've been diagnosed with chronic salviation so I spit all day (between 30-40 ounces daily). I started leaking from my left breast at 10 weeks.

Avatar m tn Hi Jon, Received the wristbands today. All my staff has one. I drove to my hairdresser today to give him coffee and a wristband. He had seen the wristband on Stephen Tyler. Better yet. The client he was cutting hair for is a nurse and teaches Hep-C awareness and prevention. She wanted one and asked for more if I could spare any. I gave her a handful with a few cards. She was thrilled. I think of you daily. I am doing the count down with you.
1915587 tn?1330311933 I also heard Gingerale is good for nausea. There are also some wristbands you can buy that help with the nausea. One of my good friends had to buy them and wore them her entire first trimester. Try Target, I think they might sell them. Good luck and may you feel better real soon.
Avatar f tn s pleasant to everyone else - peers and adults alike. But the minute we pull in the driveway, it is non-stop negative attitude right up to bedtime. I have tried positive reinforcement for good behavior, consequences for bad. I have tried being happy, angry and even non-emotional. I have always been consistent with discipline. I cannot understand why she digs her heels in and makes life so unpleasant for herself and her parents. Is this a "stage"?
