I am a 34 yr old hypertensive male, i recently started having stomach pains, ulcer like and two days ago i think i fainted, cos i think i lost consciousness briefly after a sudden stomach pain. I notice that this pain starts mostly when i smoke. 2. this is another issue, for some time now i've noticed that at night, usually at night i wake up with sudden muscle weakness, difficulty breathing and weak pulse, and palpitations, i notice my heart beating weakly.

Where are the pains exactly? I'm having intense stomach pains from the top of my naval to the top of my stomach and they are refrerring it to GERD (Acid Reflux Disease). I'd go see your GI and see if they can do an upper endoscopy on you. I'm going in on the 3rd to for one to see if I have GERD or a peptic ulcer. Drink a lot of water and a very bland diet (toast with peanut butter).

i do , its shows that i have little symtoms of jaundice and Gas Problem in my stomach.. but i have noe litle ulcer problem in my throat but its automaticaly cure withing 10 days and noe i feel weakness like (feeling cold and muscular pain ) in my body last 1 month.. so i verry worried about hiv. coz i check in net that if any have problem in ulcer or joint pain, or weakness. they have ifected with hiv infection.. i am very scared even not. sleep at night.plz suggest wat to do..

I am in week 23 of tx with Vic, just started a new sx in the past couple of weeks. Uncomfortable gastric pain, honestly it feels like the medicine is boring a hole in my stomach. The pain is right in the center of stomach above belly button area. Anyone else have this side effect? At first it was shortly after taking meds, now it is most of the day.

For the past month, I have been dealing with nausea, no appetite, weakness, constipation and mild diarrhea. I can’t sleep, and I have no energy. It doesn’t matter what I eat, I feel the full pain in my upper abdomen and feel nauseated. I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and the colon was normal the endo I had slight gastritis and inflamed lower stomach. They tested for h pylori and celiac disease and both were negative. No ulcer. I go for a HIDA scan in a couple of days.

I have also been getting headaches, chills and general weakness in my right arm on and off throughout the days. I have been extremely thirsty and drinking a lot of water with normal urine output although going very often. After I eat I generally just feel a mucus backup in my throat but no burning sensation etc. A few times I also felt very dizzy like I was going to pass out and needed to lie down to feel better, luckily I did not pass out.

My current GI doc insists that I don't have h pylori, but i'm not so sure. 88% of all peptic ulcers are from h pylori. What do you guys think?

Gastritis is a more likely scenario. It might not be a bad idea to check with your doc and possibly ask for some testing. You may want to consider asking him to check for the presence of H. pylori, the bacteria that is implicated in causing stomach issues and gastritis.

Why do i have pain in my upper left stomach, nausea after i eat, loss of appetite, and everytime i drink water it makes it worse

the pain is central in the stomach and above the belly button. The meds Im on are actually for an ulcer or excess acid and do help when taken - its a horrid pain!

During the treatment, I began have mild queasiness and aching in my epigastric area (many areas) I developed an angry vaginal yeast infection. I treated that, and began probiotics right away. By then my stomach was very painful and churning burning ALL the time. The foods I was eating regularly started making me feel like vomiting.
