stomach ulcer signs

I have this problem in my stomach.My stomach burns and Pains very much but I don't diarrhea and sometimes I feel powerless , my muscles shaking and over sweating. I go through high temperature rate than my normal temperature. Please Help me could this be the signs of HIV/AIDS in my body ? or its just some kind of pain ?

Or is it possible that the dr looking at the xrays from the upper gi is mistaking scar tissue in the stomach from the nissen fundoplication with a large stomach ulcer? I am not discrediting the idea of there being an ulcer, I mean the signs match with what I have been feeling. I was worried that the ulcer was a side effect of the surgery I had less than a year ago. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You may have an ulcer. If the BM is very dark or the color of coffee grinds its probably blood in your stool. I would get it checked out. Do you have stomach pain. Have you taken Pepto Bismol? Pepto makes your stool that way and is often confused with blood or and Ulcer.

I have GI appointment at the end of the month. Is it possible to have a stomach ulcer for 6 months?

Gastritis is a more likely scenario. It might not be a bad idea to check with your doc and possibly ask for some testing. You may want to consider asking him to check for the presence of H. pylori, the bacteria that is implicated in causing stomach issues and gastritis.

CT san showed no signs of metastasis and did not even show the mass in the stomach. So should I worry about what it did show which is the following: 3mm low attenuation lesion left lobe liver and multiple bilat. low attenuation masses in the upper pole of both kidneys which did not enhance post contrast. The sizes of the lesions are, 9x9mm, 4x2.3mm, 6x6mm and 4x3mm. The Reader felt the liver one was probably a very small cyst and that the kidney ones were benign cortical cysts.

I'd go with the stomach ulcer or with gerd. I've had what I believe is gerd the past few days. Last night in particular it was extremely painful and I got limited sleep. I too have been getting pain when eating and drinking and activity has been bringing on the pain too. I guess that is more when I am bending over. If you're lying down to relax and experience pain then that would fit with acid reflux. I put the pain down to the acid.

the pain is central in the stomach and above the belly button. The meds Im on are actually for an ulcer or excess acid and do help when taken - its a horrid pain!

Ive started to develop really bad pains in my stomach and right side. This has occured about 3 days ago. I also sometimes have sharp pains that start in my stomach and I feel it in my rectum. After I eat, I have to go to the bathroom. Its like everything i eat goes right through me. I dont have a fever or have shown any signs of being sick however my appetite has decreased. We got exploratory surgery and blood tests came back fine - they examined intestines, stomach and bowel no signs of anything. Tried treating him for worms , nothing changed. Gave him antibiotics for infection , no change. Head tremors started 3 weeks later. LOTS of drooling!! Took him to othe vet and they treated him for ulcer... Week of antibiotics , no change.
