In early pregnancy do u start to feel soreness on the sides of your Lowe stomach??

Allergies can become more aggressive when you're pregnant bc your body is trying to keep foriegn particles at bay even more so then when you're not pregnant. Although this is not a sign of pregnancy. Also a lot of woman develop pregnancy rash..there are many different kinds so if you are pregnant & have a rash you need to have it looked at asap! & these rashes have nothing to do with stretch marks. I don't have stretch marks & i developed a rash a few weeks ago.

Is it normal for boobs, back and stomach to itch during pregnancy my partner is nearly 2 months pregnant and we want to know if it is. We read it might be due to her skin stretching.

Ok so i was at my bro in laws pool sat. I put spf 30 on my tummy but it was last years sunblock and it was banana boat. I put spf 8 Hawaiian tropic on my legs, arms, n chest. Sun morning i had a lil rash on my stomach but no where else. So do u think it's the sunblock? Ormaybe the sun? I still have it but not as pink or bumpy as it was.

I had a developed an itchy rash on the back of my hands, on my wrists, stomach, and legs. The physician at the Urgent Care center gave me an steriod shot and prescribed predinisone 10mg. He questioned me about my last period, but he never conducted an urine sample to do a pregnancy test. After taking the meds for a week, I found out that I'm 5 weeks pregnant. It's scary because I know my pregnancy is very early and I don't want any developmental issues going on with my unborn.

( im just starting to recover from some type of poisin ivy looking rash that was all over my legs and now I have some type of allergic reaction to the sun or heat rash. Its a small red bump rash all over my stomach, chest, and arms since Thursday and its soo itchy.

Does anyone have advise and/or has anyone got a PUPP RASH so early in pregnancy? And if so, what helped with the itchiness and discomfort of it.

Honestly if you get you know what on your sheets and dont wash them regularly you can get a rash that way id see my dr about the rash before assuming its pregnancy bc i didnt start itching until well into my first almost second trimester justmy opinion though good luck!

Thank you all. I spoke with my doctor and it perfectly normal to have the itching and rash. It's called Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP). Although the creams wasn't working, she prescribe an oral medication for me. I started itching around 32 weeks for the first time and I am still itching at 34 weeks. The oral medication did stop me from itching on my stomach but now I am itching even more on my feet, arms, legs, and tighs.

m emily, I have a feeling i may be pregnant and i was wondering if in the early weeks of pregnancy does your lower stomach feel tight when you touch it? almost as if your tensing?

You might want to call and ask your doctor. But this early in pregnancy the baby is still so tiny that its below your pubic bone and quite protected from any stomach trauma.

If you are itching during pregnancy without a rash (other than the excoriations that can result from scratching), it could be ICP (intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy). I had it with my daughter. It is potentially very dangerous and should be taken very seriously. It does not typically set in quite as early as you describe, but it is not unheard of either. I have a rash on my stomach, it started on my arms just below on wrist. now has logalized on my stomach it gets better for a afternoon and then is back it itches really bad. i have put all kinds of cream with no help. i have gone to a dr who gave me steoids which helped only as long as i was on it. then it came back. this has been going on for three months please help.
