stomach pains on your left side

I am having lower back & left side pains that come and go. The pains on my left side also trigger pains through my pelvic area. These pains have occured o over the course of 4 years. My doctors continue to say constipation but I am regular and go around 2 times a day. No issues with going to the rest room and my stool is always soft with no blood. My pains feel like someone is stabbing me, and it comes without warning.

I'm havin stomach pains on my left side I'm 13 weeks 2 days, ftm. What could cause this?

I'm 35weeks 2days and I'm having this pain on my left side goin up n kinda in the middle of my stomach then it goes to my upper back...babys moving just fine.but has anyone ever experienced this???

Try propping a pillow on your back so you can lean up against it when your on your side. Or sleep propped up with a few pillows on your back and head, kinda like your in a recliner.

I am a new mommy so i gI am 15 weeks and 3 days and I was having really bad stomach pains on my right side under my ribs for two days. Couldn't lay on that side or anything. It then migrated to the just the left side bit in the same spot. Then it just went away. Anyone know what's happening?

I'm 5 weeks 3 days pregnant today and my lower left side of my abdomen keeps getting a hard ball in it and its the side that cramps the most...also I felt it in my stomach last night and this morning. I sleep on my left, right, stomach and back. I notice I'm most comfortable on my back even though I'm 29 wks. left side sleeping is not mandatory during pregnancy.

she is unable to sleep on her left side, if she does she gets pains on the left part of her stomach area. she will always get it for sure if she lays on that side. She has been to drs many times and they say it could be IBS and nothing to worry about even though her bowll movemenrt is perfectly fine and no blood. what can this be, what are the ebsts tests to check for, shes getting worried these days as shes had it for soo long and has began to think it could be a cancer or a tumour.

I fill a sock with rice and heat it in the microwave and put it on my sides and lower belly. Laying on your left side helps sometimes and occasionally benedryl helped me get to sleep through the discomfort.

But even before that i have had this pain in my lower left side of my stomach. I have had tests done and they have found nothing. The pain comes and goes. Usually after i eat something and walk around it gets very painful. I no there is obviously something going on. i just don't understand why they can't find anything. Could you possibly give me some answers?

ve noticed a couple times when I wake up early in the morning and shift sides I have a horrible sharp pain on my left side. It hurts really bad anyone else have this pain??

I mainly sleep on my left said because of the blood flow for the baby and I but I switch it up a little and sleep on the right side for a little bit then back to left I go and it helps.

I have a body pillow that helps. I sleep half on my stomach, half on my left side with my top leg on the pillow. It's hard to explain, lol. My stomach and chest are still on the bed but some of my weight is supported by the pillow so it doesnt crush my stomach.

Hey this is my first too, ive had every pain going from severe cramping to stretching, niggling and pulling pains, at 7wks I had the nipping down my left side along with a little light bleeding, I rang my doc and he sent me for an emergency scan, everything is perfect im now jt over 12weeks, they say all the pains are ur uterus stretching and making room for baby, mention it when you go for your appointment unless you have some bleeding then I would go to hospital, I still get the nipping every

They say when you hit about 20weeks you should begin trying to sleep on your side (not your back)... but if you wake up on your back or belly it's not a bad thing. Your body will notice when it gets uncomfortable sleeping on a "beachball" of a tummy. Sometimes I still wake up on my back, but I'll have only been sleeping like that for an hour or so... then my arms go numb.

okay soo ive been having alot of pain on the left side of my stomach right under the breast.. it sometime comes right in the middle of my stomach under the breasts.. it hurts alot and comes and goes.. it hurts to suck in my stomach, does this have to do with gass??

Yesterday I began having a sharp going from my stomach all around my right side to my back. I waited a couple hours thinking it might of just been gas or something but It never went away. I went to the doctor. They did a stress test and everything was fine with the baby bit he wanted to semd me to the hospital just to get an ultrasound of the baby and my kidneys and gallbaladder. They said everything was fine but im still having this pain in my side a day later.

im 24 weeks and its too uncomfy to sleep on my belly...lay on your left side and have your right leg bent upward towards your chest sorta, thats REALLY comfy and safe for baby...

U should certainly speak wit ur doc bt it sound's like round ligament pain. It's ur uterus stretching as baby grows. It sent me to the er once bc from 7pm on I was in such terrible pain & my husband was afraid for me & baby as well. After tossing & turning all night I couldn't take the pain anymore & went bout 5am. I thought I had a uti or sum it turned out to be nothing. The pan was nothing like I'd feel in my 2 previous pregnancies.
