Avatar n tn Hi, I am a 33-year male with a normal weight and with a healthy diet (low fat, no soda, no can food and no fast food). From about 3 years ago I am having a dull stomach pain while sleeping, which causes sore throat and much discomfort and restlessness. When the pain is not so much, I feel better throughout the day until falling asleep again. If the pain is more intense this remains during the day.

Avatar f tn Dear Sirs - I had my gallbladder removed December 2007 - to this day i am still visiting Consultants regarding stomach pain. This pain also goes right around my rib cage along with back ache. After the op I started having "acid attacks" (as the profession call them??) these would start with a pain in the upper stomach then penetrate into the back area. Terrible sweating would follow with the need to go to the toilet or feel sick.
Avatar n tn leaving me incapable of doing anything except staying at home and lying in constant pain with no rest (sleepless nights) and not being able to find a position to sit or lie in without feeling pain. Well the doctors said they couldnt see anything in the ultrasound, which kind of upset me and dissapointed me weirdly because atleast if they found something they could sort it out.
Avatar m tn I have the bad habit of masturbating while lying on my stomach. Two weeks ago I masturbated several times in a three day span in this fashion. The last several days I have had a milky white discharge from my penis in the morning when I wake up. Will this go away or do I need to see a Dr.?
Avatar n tn Turning over just transfers the pain to the other side or to back of the skull, which ever part I am lying on. The pain goes away immediately upon sitting up or standing. When it first began I would go sit up and sleep that way. It has become less severe over time so that I am usually able to find a position that is tolerable. I have had an acompanying bout of sinuitis but can find no info that would connect the two. This discussion is related to Headache only when lying down.
Avatar f tn Okay so I m 13+ weeks currently. Today while lying on my right side, I sneezed and experienced a sudden pain on one particular position of stomach,as if something got stretched in wrong direction. The pain subsided in a minute as I moved on the other side. But just wondering if this is normal. Anyone experienced such things?

Avatar f tn Is stomach pain normal the first 5-7 weeks especially when lying down.
Avatar f tn so, in the past few months, I've been woken up out of my sleep by a weird stomachache. I can't really even explain the pain... it's localized entirely in my stomach, & feels like an almost cramping pain. it occasionally makes me feel somewhat nauseous, but not always.
Avatar f tn I also get really bad period cramps and a few weeks ago, when I had both the stomach pain and cramps, I was woken up at 2am in unbelievable pain, which I couldn’t distinguish whether it was cramps or the stomach pain. It didn’t go away very quickly either and pain killers didn’t work. Now I’m at the stage where every time I eat, my stomach gurgles and churns really loudly, then I get the pains. I also have the feeling like I want to burb and throw up at the same time.

Avatar f tn When you see your GYN, make sure you let him/her know about your bipolar coagulation. Scar tissue or adhesions could possibly be part of the pain you feel while lying on your stomach.
626316 tn?1221977378 I was visiting an aunt of mine, and one day while lying in bed in pain. She came to me with a shot of zambuca and sat down and asked me about the pain. I said to her "oh it's ok, it always happens, it's normal". Her immediate reaction was "NO, THIS IS NOT NORMAL, if we were all in pain after we ate food, nobody would eat". So then it dawned on me, get some help.
Avatar f tn Or just lying in bed with the tv on low for a distraction can help. Or an ice pack on your head while lying down. I struggle with headaches as well so I feel your pain.
Avatar m tn I was suggest that you ask her for the proof of pregnancy.. and before I conclude, is there any reason for you to believe she is lying.
Avatar f tn t think so because it only happens at night when I am sleeping, sometimes I can be asleep for half an hour, or 3hrs it just depends on no specific amount of time. I should also say that sometimes if i am laying on my stomach, the sensation feels like it is traveling up my leg to the middle of my stomach. I don't know how to really explain it. If anyone of you out there has an answer..please let me know. Thank you.
