then i went too a doctor and made stool and urine analysis that show that i was infected with giardia and amoeba and he gave me medicines and the pain after was a bit little less but with no vomiting , Diarrhea but i was still having Constipation and he told me that i might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and he gave medicine for colon and told me that i was fine and nothing to worry about and not to be angry ,,, then the pain continuous for few months , And my stomach is always bloating with

Last Monday I came down with a bad case of stomach flu, vomiting & diarrhea for about 9 hours straight accompanied by sever abdominal pain. It’s now Saturday (5 days after) the vomiting & diarrhea is gone but I still have this lingering feeling that I have to poop even after going. My bowl movements are regular but the sensation of having to go “won’t go” and it’s getting a little frustrating at this point.
I woke up about six more times through the night with very liquid and acidic diarrhea, but no more vomiting. The next day I felt weak, but slowly recovered through the day. I had quite a bit of gas, mostly very foul smelling flatulence, but no diarrhea or vomiting. The following day I felt better and ate normal again. I passed stool twice, both times it was soft and very green in color. That night I went through the same series of events, only without vomiting.
He wakes in the morning to have a BM and if its diarrhea he begins to violently vomit, sweat heavily and has severe abdominal pain where is stomach is very bloated. I take him to the ER where they administer atavan and dulantin (not sure of spelling), within an hour he is back to normal. He's had an endoscopy twice...they found nothing...a ct scan...they found nothing....a colonoscopy...they found nothing...tons of x-rays and blood work and nothing turns up. the GI dr.

Hi i am 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant and i thought i may have caught a bug last week 6 days ago (i woke up with horrible diarrhea and continuous vomiting). The trouble is; i a, still having sympoms. The dr called in a prescription for nausea the good news is i am not vomiting but the pain in my abdomen seems to be getting worse. It feels like i have a lot of pressure in my upper abdomen like someone is sitting on me and i cant tell if its the baby or my stomach is swollen.

3 weeks later, he vomits 1-2x/day for 5 days in a row with severely reduced appetite but no diarrhea and soft stools. After 5 days of vomiting, he had one day with no BM and no vomiting, then the next day frequent diarrhea. We again figured he had a virus and just bad luck. Took him back to the pediatrician after 6 days of diarrhea, but no more vomiting. We did a stool culture and sensitivity, check for rotavirus and c-diff. All negative.
1 1/2 hours later flood of diarrhea and sour upper mid stomach. Diarrhea 1 1/2 days but sour stomach for 1 month. No vomiting or pain just sour stomach and tired, prob from light diet. Dr. Said irritated stomach g as well me light diet to follow, covid test and it was negative. I lost 4 lbs in month and now stomach is just not right but at least I can eat more comfortably now. I think I need colonoscopy or something else?
For about 14 years of my life, that I can remember, I've been having issues with my stomach. I'm now 17 and tired of them, it seems like no matter what I eat, or when I eat it, I either end up vomiting or with terrible diarrhea.
I've seen several doctors, yet the minute my mum mentions I eat a lot of dairy they pretty much ignore my other symptoms and diagnose me as Lactose Intolerant.
Welcome to the gastroenterology community! It might be an appendicitis. If it was just a stomach virus causing the pain he probably would have had diarrhea or vomiting. Even though the appendix is located more to the right, the pain can something be in a different place. I would recommend taking him to the ER asap and asking for a CT scan with contrast of his abdomen. Good luck.
