Have you been checked for the presence of H. pylori or possible gastritis? Also have you been evaluated for gallbladder issues? All of those could in some individuals result in sulphur-like burping. If the vomiting produces a fair amount of yellow or yellow-green substance, it could be bile and it would reflect possible problems with the gallbladder.
I cannot eat because i get even more mucus and my throat is full of it and my stomach and my intestines and colon, from one end to the other...I was throwing up all night last night and it was mucus coming out both ends. It feels like I am going to drown. When I was a kid I would get it when I drank drinks with allot of sugar so I avoided sugar as much as possible but now......I recently got a thyroid blood test and TSH was high 5.8 but the uptake soft tissue test was normal.
my pregnancy was fine until maybe a montj ago my daughter isnt weighing as much and recently i have had diarrhea and vomiting for three days straight then i became constipated, the whole time i was experiencing stomach cramps that resulted in me going into l&d . they just said i was dehydrated that there was nothing they could do but give me an iv . today the stomach cramps continued and i slept most of the day .

Also, ask your doctor for a referral to an Endocrinologist, a diabetes specialist, as your current doctor appears to be playing you as a guinea pig; try this and if it doesn't work we'll try something until we find something that works, maybe.
My dog was vomiting mucus several times a day so I took him to the vet who took 2 xrays, blood and determined he had allergies. She gave him antibiotics, prilosec, benedryl and something else for his stomach which he took for a week. I stopped them after a week and he is throwing mucus up again. I have spent $500. so far. Did you heave a lot before vomiting? It could have been a little blood mixed in or even something you ate. If it burned coming up could have been stomach acid. Sometimes if blood and acid mix it can turn black. I would maybe bring it up to your doc at your next appointment. It could also just be one of those one time things that have no explanation. I wouldn't worry to much.
My flare-up symptoms have been blood and mucus in stools, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, abdominal pain and bloating that initially resembled intense PMS, embarrassing internal sounds (e.g., gurgling, squeaking) and gas. In remission, I'm sometimes a little irregular and have the embarrassing internal sounds but otherwise normal. My abdomen is still distended on the lower right side for some reason, but really only when I push my stomach out as far as I can.
These include narrower stools, mucus in stool, difficulty passing stool, burping more, passing gas more, abdominal pain, sometimes burning pain in my stomach and chest area, having far less bowel movements where I actually pass stool(usually about three) but now I have only one everyday in the morning, and feeling like I have to go the bathroom, but not actually passing any stool. My stools are just about every time narrower, but sometimes i'll have normal sized ones.
We have a male rottweiler who in the last month or so has started vomiting mucus, sometimes with a small amount of food in, no blood or anything untoward. Most likely you get it after taking an antibiotic however you can get it without. Symptoms are watery diarrhea that eventually includes mucus and/or blood, fever, nausea, stomach cramps. I experienee quick weight loss as well. I don't know at all if your son could have this but a stool test for C Diff would rule it out. Just an idea.
t have such painful pain for more ...... my stomach is always bloated which affects my back and either i feel pain in my stomach and back pain is also related ......any help i went to many doctors and made too many analyses with no benefits the pain goes worse and increases

Smoking, alcohol use, gastritis, acidity, tumors of stomach and food pipe, bleeding gastric ulcer, cancer of stomach, erosion of lining of food pipe, bleeding veins at esophageal (food pipe) sphincters etc all cause vomiting of blood. This can be fresh red if coming from a place above the stomach. It can be brown or coffee colored if coming from the stomach.
A lot of your symptoms sound like gall bladder trouble. Although an ultrasound CAN detect problems with the gall bladder, a HIDA scan is a much better diagnosis tool for this. You can have problems with your gall bladder even if you don't have stones - you could have sludge or a non-functioning gall bladder.
6 months ago I had severe vomiting and severe stomach and abdominal pain. Went to the ER did not find the gastritis infection but did an endoscopy which showed inflammation and acid. Took all sorts of medication for inflammation and antacids 2 months after the pain sort of calmed down but the vomiting and nausea never stopped.

Now i do not only vomit phlegmy saliva i vomit andything ive eaten and once thats all gone im vomiting stomach bile and experiencing excruciating pain in my abdomen, & pressure in my head and ears that makes me nearly collapse (and i have fainted plenty of times before, im pretty much a master now, i get down low when i feel ot comming).
I'm 10 weeks & Yesterday I had really bad pain in my stomach feeling like I had to poop or throw up couldn't do either . I took a Nap today woke up agian with stomach pains threw up 5 times bad & 10 minutes later diareha really bad . what do i do ? Help .
