for more than two years i have stomach pain it use to start at lower left abdomen now it starts on left but midway across from navel
when it is real bad bulge appears at my navel

i have stable legion on my right lower lobe and sores on my tongue i have had laproscopic tubal ligation and breast cancer i am 61 yr female clinical lab worker thank you
Though I have not experienced the piercing pain ever after thatstill I have some persisting pain in the lower part of the abdomen radiating to the back and legs. The pain is very prominet at the mid back, lower abdomen above the navel on the right side and below the navel and the left side and on both thighs upto calves of the legs. I also feel a pushing pain the the groin while passing urine or motion (bearable pain).

Basically for the past few days I have been suffering from constant, period-like cramps in my navel area (which has not spread to the lower right area of my stomach), mild fever, nausea, dizziness, and I find the pain is slightly relieved after I eat food, however certain foods can make the pain worse.
Do I have appendicitis?? Or is this just a stomach bug?? How long does it take for the pain to move from the upper stomach to the lower right abdomen??
I've got, what feels like, tiny air-bubbles (or the feeling of), at the base of my spine below my tail-bone, on the inside. It's not painful in any way, but it feels like there are air-bubbles migrating somewhere. the feeling usually last about 40 seconds, then it stops for about a min maybe then starts back up. I don't have 'gas', and I'm not constipated, and I don't have any colon, intestine or digestive problems (none that I know of anyway).
The pain is so intense and it feels like something behind my navel is being twisted into a note and the pain radiates to surrounding areas. Of course with ultra strong pain killers, the pain dies down within 30-60minutes. But i can still feel it slight about 12-24 hours later, sometimes ever 48 hours later. Please someone help... What could this be?
I can miss breakfast and Lunch with the pain not showing up on some days while this would bring the onset of the pain on other days.
As far as meals go I believe the pain is not dependent on meals.
Also, as compared to a beer, water has no effect in relieving the pain.
I am scheduled for an endoscopy (sp) in a few weeks (as its pretty pricey here).
I feel like I should be having an ulcer but the symptoms other than the pain seem to be slightly off?
I am a smoker.
Surgeon afterwards said it was about to burst. I am still sensitive around the wound so thought the bruise-like pain by the navel when I leaned over was related to this op - but I wonder if the swollen appendix was a symptom of something else. The ultrasound scans couldn't even find my ovaries let alone anything else. I'm early 50s, female and had a caesarean 14 years ago. Had the first pains after this and was told it was probably adhesions.

I have been having a vague pain in my right abdomen to the right of the navel and sometimes a little bit to the right and below the navel the pain is sometimes like a pinching feeling ... along with the pain yesterday the 4th of october. I was feeling lightheaded most of the day. I have also lost at least 10 lbs. If not more unintentionally in the last month or two. .. What could this be ?
Hi I've been having these issues too first started off in lower right abdomen up to navel and back to right side flank , now it's moved from the lower right to my back on walking and after food my whole stomach feels like I've got immense gas causing stomach pains , I've been in hospital and the stupid doctor sent me home failed to tell me I was highly anemiac (get that checked out) and they still don't know what the problem is , my recent docs appointment surgessted my intes
But lately when I wake up in the morning, and turn over to my back, my navel area and under navel to the mid side of right is hurting. Can't feel anything all day except after laying down or sitting down for long. It worries me, I had an ultrasound scan, and couldn't find anything. My Dr. Said he would send me for a mri.no appendix, nor kidney, nor pelvic issues.
I don't know. I googled and might be IBS. I don't know, anybody out there that experienced anything like this.
Sometimes my back hurts along the same line as my front rib pain. I also have the same burning pain right above my navel. I thought it might be an ulcer, but when I started having pain in more than one area, I'm not so sure. My doctor gave me Protonix but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any advice or ideas? No fever, right lower abdominal pain, joint pain, burning pain around navel and stomach, cramping back pain. The pain is unbearable and is aggravated by walking and moving. Distended abdomen. I pass little to no gas which is not typical of me.
Saw my GP again. Had a CT scan, normal as was urinalysis and white blood count. Can you help?
Navel pain can mean problems at the opening of the common bile duct to the duodenum - the sphincter of Oddi - or it can also mean problems with the pancreas. Those are the two more 'serious' problems. It could also mean less serious things too, like being tied into gastritis. But you can't afford to guess when it comes to that kind of pain and what you've gone through, and what's happening now.
Make sure the doc checks your liver enzymes and pancreatic enzymes.

I have been suffering from this abdominal bloating for a few months now. I have a pain that's always on the right side next to my navel , sometimes it's a back pain and also have constipation. I went to the doctor last month and they said it's IBS so I eat more fiber but seems not to help. I am 23 years old male, workout regularly, have a small meal.

Is a tender stomach normal with a peptic ulcer? My entire stomach area, from just below my breasts, down to my navel, is very tender to the touch. When touched it produces like a burning/stinging/bruised feeling. Depending on the day, or time of the day, the pain is greater or less. It's not any worse than it has been for the past month or so, but it is worrying me. Is this normal with a duodenal ulcer?
It was about pain she had under her navel that radiated to her back and come to find out it was adhesions from her prior surgeries and they were removed and she was better.Well ironically now she has kind of the similar pain but more intense and it is on the lower left side of abdomen right between the stomach and hip and it is more painful and frustrating than the first and also there is a small knot in that area .
