stomach pain below belly button

So I am 12+1 weeks pregnant and am I have really bad lower stomach pain like 2 or 3 inches below my belly button. I've had gas all day which my gas pains are on my left side 2 inches below my ribs. I'm scared that something is wrong with my baby.

Im 8 weeks and 6 days pregnant this is my first pregnancy and i feel little pains below my belly button, i dont know what this is and it comes and goes, but its not bad pains to where i can't move.

My son has been having stomach pains on the left side by his belly button after eating for the past 2 weeks. He says it is not extremely painful, just very uncomfortable. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Hi All, Its been some time since I have been on but again, I need your help. My husband is 52 with Hep C and cirrohsis. He has been through the treatment and it did not work. Now it has been approx 3 mos later and he is having consistant pain in the stomach. The pain is not in the area of the liver it is about 2 inches above the belly button and extending to about 3" below the belly button. He says these pains feel like really bad gas pains. Does anyone know what this is from?

I will be 13 weeks this week and I was wondering if anyone else is feeling the same way I am feeling? My stomach is as hard as a rock most days from the belly button up to my breasts and from the belly button down it is not as hard and some days feels "flabby." Does anyone know if the hard stomach is normal or not? Should I be concerned or do you think it is just from being bloated or gassy?

Hey ladies!! I'm 17 weeks and my stomach from my belly button down to right above my vagina (a little below waistline) is really hard, like rock hard. I'm wondering is this the baby? Above my belly button isn't hard, it's right below and even when I lay down it's hard. I'm just wondering if this is the baby or just my uterus?? Haven't felt any kicks or movements yet though. I'm a FTM by the way!! Thanks!!

Have you doctor look into it everyone is different I would assume it is because your uterus has streched almost ti your belly button and it it pushing everything out of the way to make room. I have pain on or around my belly button but I have an umbilical hernia.

I'm just coming up to 6 weeks out from the big surgery. I had that 7 weeks after the keyhole one. I'm finding the pain is worse at night, so I'm thinking I'm probably just doing to much through the day. I've noticed that when the pain starts up I'm getting a little bit of swelling under my belly button. Not a huge amount, just enough to make my normally round belly button look like a frowny face.

I've been having this strong pain below my belly button. When I'm sitting, it just feels sore. However, when I stand up it hurts like crazy. Hi I was wondering if anyone would know what would be causing this stomach pain Im having it is right above my vaginal area and below my belly button its a horrible throbing pain. and it will not go away There is no possibilty of pregnancy and I have had 2 bowel movements (sorry tmi) today so its not that either so what else can be causing this stomach pain?
