I get gas build up from anything and everything I eat. I have tried home remedies but they fail to work. I bloat so bad and I am in pain until I start vomiting due to all of the build up in my stomach. I want to know if gas x or beano is safe while pregnant and if not what is. Any advice will help greatly.

My husband is still having stomach issues with no relief. We made another trip to the ER today and had a CT scan with no results. ER dr. didn't have much to say but was more than willing to give pain meds, which my husband didn't want. His stomach swells after he eats, no matter what. The symptoms however are severely worse than just acid reflux. Regardless of what I eat it feels like I need to belch or pass gas and can’t. There is some relief when I do belch or pass gas but it’s only temporary. I began drinking warm water with apple cider vinegar first thing in the mornings before eating. I also tried to increase my fiber intake by taking supplements and eating food high in fiber. Water is my drink of choice; so I consume large amounts daily.

You could always try just sitting on the toilet and waiting and seeing if it isnt gas. I havent found any remedies to help gas come, but yoi could also try a bath or a shower...anything to help you relax. Sorry im not much help :( its really frustrating when you dont get advice and mine isnt much...

Happy to hear you're home now. So you don't have pills at the store for gas relief? I'm not sure how effective they are anyway. Walking (slowly and carefully) does seem to be the most important thing to do. It straightens out the abdomen and gently massages the bowels as you move around. Don't worry about eating much now. Until everything is moving along (you know what I mean) you won't feel hungry and don't want to add to the load.

I am 28 yr old men I have stomach gas problem . It's start in 2010/04 when 1 night I had full bottle of whiskey.
