stomach gas in babies

After I eat I get a lot if gas in my stomach and bloating. Before I was pregnant I would drink apple cider vinager to be relieved. Can I drink it while pregnant? Is there any other way to relieve the gas?

If twins run in your family it could be the babies. If not and if this is your first, it's probably gas or something else. The baby would be too small at 8 weeks and new mommies usually can't feel baby until later.

i have been experiencing gas in my stomach for the past 6 weeks. i dont know what it is. my stool is normal but i keep hearing the movement of gas, some times i have chills withiut fever plus headaches.any ideas?

It felt like i had been pinched in the stomach the pain was all in my back and i could barely breath. I just kept breathing heavy until it stopped.

ve heard similac is hard on babies stomach initially like with gas and cramping. But both come in powder and liquid form. I prefer liquid..

They did a precautionary CAT scan and didn’t find anything abnormal. Since then I have felt a constant heartbeat in my stomach 24/7. Get bad gas pain along with irregular bowel movements. Any insight? Thought I might add the doctor I saw was incredibly dismissive and didn’t seem to GAF.

My granddaughter is one-month-now weighs 8 pounds - has been diagnosed with Gerd, milk allergy - however, I think it is the case that she has been getting two much formula from day one - she is now on 35 ounces (and being increased) of formula a day - is now on hypoallergenic formula and THREE medications. This is way over the amount of formula recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics - and anywhere else. My daughter has been told to "just stay the course" by her pediatrician.

Not a pregnancy question but i need some input i just had my baby june 27 and hes been home since monday he seems to have real bad colic & gas and i hate seeing him in pain have any of you ladies experienced/experiencing this if so how did you help it?

Babies do not poop while in the womb. They CAN But it is very dangerous. The poop can enter their lungs and its not a good thing. I've seen people posting a lot about babies pooping in the womb, and while its not impossible it's very rare and like I said, dangerous. Haven't you guys read any of your books?!

Since yesterday I have had very uncomfortable pains in my stomach, sometimes when I move into a different position I get shooting pains in my belly and if a certain amount of pressure is put in my belly it hurts, I haven't had any bleeding but still worried and unsure what it could be. Also I'm wondering if it could be constipation? Before becoming pregnant I had regular toilet movements but now I'm finding it very difficult to go and even break wind, could these pains be related?

My colicky baby cries a lot and gets all knotted up red and agitated when having g colic episodes. I bounce him, drive around, tried pacifiers, carry him front on chest with wrap and carrier, I coo him on my chest belly down, swing chair, bathing n massaging, stroller and even gripe water (mommy's bliss) . Its stressful seeing babies cry like that. How do you soothe your babies? Any more ideas? .

I am 28 yr old men I have stomach gas problem . It's start in 2010/04 when 1 night I had full bottle of whiskey. That night everything ok next morning I wake up while going to work I had mother drink 300ml after 1 hr of mother drink I had break fast about 7:30am soon after I start feeling dizzy and heart beat gone up my hand shaking and I went to emergency in kogarah. In hospital after few hrs I feel ok they just keep me under observation for 5-6 hrs send me home with vitamin pills.

t take much interest about my excessive gas in stomach or the fact I saw some white dots in my stool, he just went straight to tell me I needed a Phmetry and manometry so I could get a surgery done. I feared those tests even more than the endoscopy which went by while I slept out of it but these two tests require me to be awake and my panic revolves around medical tests, nausea(which is a must with these tests) and staying at the hospital (for the surgery I need) so he really blew me away...

Also, many babies experience acid reflux. All babies have it to some degree (thus, the spitting up) but some actually need some type of medication...usually temporarily. I am NOT suggesting that for you now at all!! I am only saying this because you are a first time mom, and if you do notice that you get to a point of, you have done everything and your baby is crying incessantly, then it could be acid reflux. If you ever suspect that, I suggest talking to your pediatrician.

I had a lot of gas with both of my first two children...I would get sharp pains with mine...and gas in my chest. I would talk with your Dr. about something for the gas if you get bad pains...I ended up taking gasx and prilosec for mine. It helped! Good luck!

No just a pain in lower stomach and my stomach growls alot, I know its gas, but why doesn't it move. Once in awhile I will have sharp pains in my stomach and have to rush to the bathroom. I know thats part of the IBS. But why I get these pains in my stomach only in the morning is strange. My GI doctor just passed it off, like it was nothing. I also noticed that I don't belch that much. Even if I do drink a soda or beer once in a great while, maybe once a year or so.

now i crossed 29 days without periods..my stomach is paining .for this my husband says to me u have gas trouble..and my breasts nipple is slightly pain...am i pregnant?? and when i have to take pregnancy test??Please reply me as soon as possible..

Sometimes there isn't air in their tummies. In general babies that are breastfed don't suck as much air as bottle fed babies so they burp less. Unless your my daughter who burps and spits up more when I nurse then when she has a bottle lol.

For the past two weeks I have been having these weird symptoms...there is a strong burning pain in my abdominal area. One night I was awoken by a very strong burning pain under my right rib...the burning pain also is present on my right side... I am constantly bloated and Hve been retaining a lot of water.. I'm not sure if I Hve frequent urination Becaus consume a lot of water regardless.. but if I don't drink anything late atv night when I wake up I urinate a lot.

If its gas, try doing the bicycle excercise with her legs ( grab both her legs and mive tgen opposite up and down like shes riding a bike), you can do it while rubbing in a downward motion on her belly, it helps them get gas out. Or bend both legs at the same time, and push them in towards her chest. Look up baby massage too. I would ask a doctor, or call a nurse, before giving her anything, they do have gas drops too.

I wake up at around 3 or 4 am feeling Palpitations in my stomach area. They appear to be in sync with my heart beat but 4 times as fast (around 240). If I get out of bed the palpitations stop but start up again when I get back in bed. They are more intense when on my side an less intense on stomach or back.

My daughter had acid reflex, my doc said don't lay her flat to sleep, always put him on slight incline, also I used ENFAMIL AR formula which thickens faster in their stomach so it doesn't come right back up, doc also suggested gas drops to reduce the size of gas bubble inside stomach.
