stomach flu bug

Could it have been a stomach bug that was caused my the meal? Is it normal for it to still be in my stomach 3 hours after eating it? Is it normal to still feel ill in the morning?

im not having contractions or anything so im just aasuming its a flu bug or something.

As if not already uncomfortable at 35 weeks, I just came down with a stomach bug. I am starving & thirsty & can't keep anything down at all. Aches & pains & chills O Joy!

I think I have a stomach bug :( I have projectile vomit and diarrhea (tmi sorry). This hit me all of a sudden. I've had bad morning sickness that has started to ease up but this is so different. Have any of you ladies had a stomach bug while pregnant?

Hi girls I'm currently 10 1/2 wks preggo and I had the stomach bug yesterday. I vomited twice. Mostly dry heaves since I was too nauseated to eat anything and a little bit of diarrhea but not bad. I only managed to eat a bowl of cheerios and about 2/3 of a can of gingerale yesterday. I read that the stomach bug will not hurt my baby but what about the dry heaving and a low grade temp. My temp was about 100.4F or 38C for probably about 12-14hrs.

Hello :). I'm almost done 4 weeks to go! Stomach bug went through house..fun times with two little ones..should I be concerned since I got sick an hour after meds? I am almost done just paranoid lately!

I'm normally a really healthy 49 yr old. Exercise regularly, eat loads of good whole foods and I don't smoke. On March 15th I came down with a really nasty stomach bug with diarrhea, nausea and general stomach discomfort. I thought I was over it after a few days with a simple diet of rice, bananas, toast etc. But since then have set it off three more times but eating something perhaps too rich.

I know Tylenol is ok. I got the flu with my first at bout 8 weeks and just had a stomach bug my second time around at 8 weeks. Baby and I are ok but I'm not nearly as far along. Just be sure you're staying hydrated sick or not. Hope you're feeling better!

That's what they call a sickness in your stomach don't worry it's not a bug I was using bug as another word for sickness

Sounds like maybe a stomach bug like stomach flu. You should visit a doctor if it continues. Hope you feel better soon.

( On top of that got the flu shot yesterday so I am achy from that too and I haven't ate but once today bc food sounds horrid. Anyone else going through this while pregnant?

I think I'm coming down with the flu. I got the flu shot in October. I have a dry cough, my body aches, I'm super weak, no appetite, fever and wheezing pretty bad. I'm 30 weeks in 2days.

Kind of feels like the flu bug. My husband and 2 kids have been sick over the last month.Sore throats and flu like symptoms. When I do my daily walk,my stomach really rumbles too. But only for the last 3 weeks. I am starting to worry a little about ulcers. I've been told thsat to much vitamin c can cause that.

30pm my tummy started rolling and felt kinda yucky I had the urge to go to the bathroom and had diarhea lastnight. I took a Klonopin bc I got paranoid about getting the stomach flu. I dread and fear the stomach flu like no other. Anyways I was also having lots of sinus drainage or post nasal drip going down my throat... I woke up today slept great, but on my way to work this morning I had a cup of SODA. Bad idea and a breakfast bar.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have the symptoms of a stomach bug including nausea and diarrhea. I have not had any morning sickness with this pregnancy and the prenatal vitamins did constipate me for the first week until my body got adapted. I'm not feeling all that hungry but i'm still taking the prenatal in the morning. When i do eat, I'm running to the bathroom. Has anyone else had this issue? What are some suggestions to help feel better?

Wat are syptoms of stomach flu? Ive been feelin a lil wierd since yesterday.. Nd goin to the restroom more than usual.. So now im curious ?

It does sound like a flu or stomach bug if you've had diarrhea and have vomited. Drink plenty of fluids such as water and Gatorade. You're supposed to wait 15-30 minutes after vomiting before taking a few sips of water. Wait another 30 minutes or so and drink more. Keep doing this so long as you keep the fluids down and if you're keeping it down you can increase the amount of fluids and how often you drink.

Doesn't sound like labor to me. You should call your doctor though. It doesn't sound like the stomach flu either. Sounds like you ate something that didn't agree with you. That happened to me a few times.

Has anyone had the stomach bug while being pregnant? Stomach cramping, nausea, not being able to keep anything down . Will this hurt the baby?
