Feel every time when I eat 20g, my
stomach becomes big. Do you have any ideas to help
stomach digest? Now for the 20g diet, i try my best to involve some protein, i know if i don't have enough protein, i might be sleepy and exhausted. For the breakfast, i have 250ml whole milk(9g fat), 1 egg(4-5g), some cookies. 3pm: sandwich: 2 piece of cheese, some slides of beef, 3 slides of whole wheat bread. 11pm: a cup of yogurt(12g) and some nuts or cookies or milk.
