Symptoms of canine histiocytic sarcoma include weight loss, low energy, limping and failure to eat. Chemotherapy has been mostly unsuccessful against this form of cancer, and most dogs succumb to the disease within months of diagnosis.

At your age, it is even more unlikely and rare to have stomach cancer. The worrying is only making your symptoms worse. I would recommend talking to your doctor about seeing a therapist.

at age 12...not old enough to be written off anyway. They are senior dogs, yes, and they can be sick dogs. But not just an old dog that has to be given up on.
