The other annoying thing I have been dealing with is paresthesia mostly in groin area ... if you couple that with the lower back pressure/pain that I get from time to time, would suggest sacral nerves are affected perhaps?
For the past month ive had stomach bloating mostly after eating. However it doesnt make me feel full, it just feel like my stomach is stretched. Occasionally i feel ever so slightly nauseous but this passes quickly if i eat. Also on days that i havnt felt bloated my stomach has felt tense and im unable to relax it like im holding it in but I litterally arent!!
I eat a balanced diet, i dont smoke but i do like a drink. It doesnt seem to be affected by what i eat or dont eat.

I just started working out a little over a week ago. Jogging a mile every other day, crunches and some ab workout videos. Also started a plank challenge around the same time. After a few days, my stomach was sore to be expected but since then, I've been getting these weird stomach cramps that lasted a few days. All day yesterday, my stomach felt fine until I jogged a mile at lunch. About an hour later, my stomach feels tight right under my navel and there is this consistent dull ache.
Drinking water helps you feel full and also flushes out fluid from your kidneys, which may reduce bloating. Avoid intake of hidden calories in salad dressings, cheese, butter etc.Include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean meats and fish. Get a diet chart made from a nutritionist. Indulge in brisk walking or jogging. This will help in burning calories faster. Avoid lift and prefer walking the stairs whenever possible. Keep me posted.

It NEVER goes away, even when i get up in the morning on an empty stomach, im bloated. Ive been eating very bland foods. The bloating is so unconfortamble, its hard to breath. I had a sonogram and an Upper GI test(drinking the gross stuff), they were both fine. Im not lactose intolerant by the way.
Some background info: When i was younger i had a lot of stomach issues that never got solved. There was a time when i was 8 years old, i was nauseated everyday with stomach pain.
Sounds like you are getting air in the stomach from the machine. It happens when the sphincter that should keep the stomach closed is weak, particularly in those who have reflux problems. It is also common in those with higher pressures. There are machines and settings for those with higher pressures to help out, particularly with exhalation relief.
About the tiredness... Are you using a full face mask?
Bloating is pretty normal. I swear I bloat more when I am dehydrated/eating too much salt.
Many veggies are known to cause bloating and even after your GB is out it can still agitate it. Try avoiding ones that most cause issues (broccoli, cauliflower, etc etc) and see if that helps. Exercise can help move the gas as well. Do you drink soda or carbonated drinks? Those can also contribute to gas.
hi my name is wanda, and on december first of last year i had a stomach wrap for gerd. ever since the surgery my stomach has been hurting so bad. i have had gas really bad seems like all the time after i eat its really bad! i dont know if its from the surgery or what? i wasnt having this kind of pain before the surgery, not sure what to think! i go back to the doctor today maybe he will have some answers i cant live like this to painful.
My fiancé has been bloating for a year and his poor stomach is so hard and full it's like he's having triplets. He's in hospital right now for pneumonia and I've been asking them to determine what's making his stomach so hard and large. They did a CT and at least confirmed he does not have fluid buildup. He has COPD-emphysema and congestive heart failure.
