stomach ache what to eat

I layed down the whole day. Something wierd happens though. I get hungry a lot, but if I eat something, my stomach starts to hurt worse, and I feel like I am going to throw up again. My dad said that he thinks that I had a stomach ache Friday because I ate too much, and now my stomach aches because I haven't eaten enough. He also said that the reason my stomach hurts worse after I eat is because it is in "shock" of getting food when I haven't eaten in very long.

If you can buy foods with teff instead of wheat (hoping you can get this since it grows in Nigeria or something).

But for the last 5 years, when i get a stomach ache i vomit. and it can last several hours. when i go to the doctor they run me through blood tests..all sorts of them but no one can tell me what it is. There is no blood or anything like that. some days it can even just be vomiting or just a stomach ache. The last few weeks have been almost every day i am sick.I watch what i eat. Im not an unhealthy eater.

I've noticed that sometimes when my stomach is upset and I have something to eat, I not only have stomach ache, but I also have shivers. I'm not cold because I happen to be in a warm room and covered up with a blanket. I have had an issue with cold intolerance lately, but that doesn't factor in here. I've tried taking the Donnatol that they gave me when this happens, but it doesn't help. Anyone else had shivers with stomach ache?

If it goes on too long, it gives me stomach aches. If youre finding it difficult to have a bowel movement, eat foods that are high in fibre. When mine got really bad, I drank some prune juice (if you do that, stay home and close to the bathroom, it goes from constipation to diarrhea really fast). If that's not the problem, can you explain more? Are you bleeding? It could just be your uterus expanding, too...

I have been experiencing the same thing and my doctor said I was having an esophagile spasim. It is causing acid reflux, when I eat, due to the extra gas, try taking gas-x after you eat. It also helps to lay flat until the pain subsides. Gas-X is safe to take while pregnant too.

Thanks for all the responses, I don't beleive its heart burn because it just feels like a stomach ache to the point where I have to use the bathroom. I try not to eat to much each meal, I'll try and eat till I start feeling full. After about 1 hour after I eat I start getting the stomach aches. Even when I drink water and take my prenatels shortly after that I'll get a stomach ache. I'm just about 24 weeks so I'm not too sure what's going on.

It has been four months or better and I have been feeling better however I still have a stomach ache feeling that subsides when I go to bed and does not start up again until I am up four a couple of hours. (three to four). My GP tells me that it could be my nerves as I was a nervous wreck before I received the results of my tests. Could I have pick up a bacteria from being with this woman? Perhaps getting to close to her anus? Or is this something totally unrelated?

Ive been struggling w this for a week! Last night for example my nana made homemade meatballs...i ate them with no problem...the smell stayed in the kitchen and was making me so nauseas.

ve always heard not to take it. What kind of stomach ache, where exactly is it? How far along are you? Maybe try to eat a small, bland snack? (unbuttered toast/bread, crackers, etc).... If the pain is severe go to the hospital, if its just uncomfortable and you don't have any other symptoms (fever, sweating, vomiting, bleeding, heart racing, etc) then maybe wait till you can talk to a dr. or nurse that knows you're pregnant. Hope you get to feeling better.

Hi im 16 going on 17 and recently for the past 3-4 days my stomach has been acting weird. Like after almost everything i eat i get a bad stomach ache followed by diarrhea/ soft stool but after i "go" the stomach usually subsides. Things like bread, water, crackers, and soup havent bothered me. But almost everything else does. do you have an idea of what this could possibly be?
