yes yes, I am clean from Vicoden, Antidepresants but still am using a sleep aid, have been using over the counter meds for sleep since the 80's then went to prescription sleep aid and now I only sleep 3 or 4 hours using them. I am going to go off them soon. My Dr would like to see me wait until Jan just because I came off two meds this year and had surgery's but please don't go to prescription sleep aids I think it is harder to get off them than OCT.

First, my doctor had in the pass given me some a medicine to help with my stomach which did not work. Also he had recommended an over the counter med for gas that helped but was not the best. , there could be a serious reason why this is happening, i dont mean to scare you, it could be that you are constipated and pushing to much, but if the bowl is filled up, i would call your doctor right away, and this way, they can rule out different causes and hopefully get to the problem, i wouldnt take anything over the counter until i was seen by a doctor, good luck, let us know how you make out.

Is it possible to become addicted to over the counter medications? My 75 year old mother recently moved to my town so that I could help her financially, etc. I have become very concerned about the amount of excederine, prilosec, nasal spray, aleve, and other antacid medicines that she takes. Been going through a rough patch and never really had to deal with the nausea and stomach pain etc in the 15 + yrs of dealing with anxiety. The fluids definitely helps. I will do what you said about buying things I like. Therapy is great as for the longest time I didn't have it and I got tired of just seeing a psychiatrist and getting meds. I prefer to get to the root of why anxiety at all or at the very least work on triggers of it.The mind can mess with you sometimes that's for sure..

Well I felt fine that night then the next morning I woke up with a migraine and was vomiting literally the whole day. TuesdayI felt fine except for a slight stomach ache, now Wed. I have horrible stomach pain in my abdomen and bloating. Could this all be from the pills I took? Would the side effects last this long?
