last week I went to the emergency room with chest pains, they found high heart enzymes in my blood and a clean EKG. they admitted me into the icu unit and watched me for 2 days then put me on the floor for another day. the doc told me I had a mild heart attack and gave me meds and sent me home. he told me to resume activity as tolerated. I went to work that Monday and Tuesday and had the pressure again and my heart rate was irregular, so I went too a bigger city to the er.

The more I follow this panel the more confused I get. You have a total Cholesterol of 118 and an HDL of 75 and all kinds of heart problems. My total Cholesterol is 240 and HDL 55 without any obvious problems except a very high Calcium score. I been Receiving Unprotected Oral and protected insertive vaginal with csw in malaysia on 20/07/17. Had bowel movement problem after 3 days. Stomach pain after meal. Short breath. Panic attack also. It last for 2 weeks. Being test for syphilis rapid test and hiv combo test negative at 14 days.
Tested negative hiv alere combo test at 28 days. Day 29 i had sore throat last until now (4 weeks) and sometime low fever. It felt like i had ulser at the back of my tongue.

I note your from Malaysia, MS would be unusual for someone born and raised in a tropical country to develope MS. The statistics would really put MS to be very low on the list of possibilties, one of the mimics is probably more likely. I'm sorry but i really dont know if some of the mimics we generally talk about on here, would still apply in Malaysia eg Lyme disease, Lupus etc.
Statistics are been compiled and analyzed and their is conclusion that about 26% of the heart disorder population has an EF below 29% (heart failure range) and don't know they have a heart disorder!
Six years ago I had a silent heart attack with an EF below 29%, and hospitilized with congested heart failure (breathing in dusty environment for several hours probably triggered the CHF) and I was feeling very well prior, but had a dry cough and shortness of breath.

I had a ct scan 128 slice a little more than a year ago. The test scores calcium buildup and soft plaque between the linings of the vessel. Soft plaque rupture has the highest risk for a heart attack (90% if I remember correctly) and the ct score has some prognostic value.
