Ive be taking sprintec for 3months forgot to refill my prescription so I have missed 4 pills in a row sunday-wednesday they would all be blue pills. I have had intercourse with in theses days. Should I take a pregnancy test before I start back on the pill? If so when should I take the pregnancy test?

Good evening! I have been taking Sprintec for the past two months but I'm concern cause in those last two month's I haven't had a period. I have been taking it everyday and and I can say I at least !missed one day each month but other than that I been doing fine.
I am on Tecfidera 240 mg dose. It just occurred to me I missed the morning dose. I have a call into the specialty pharmacy for direction. I didn't find much on the web except "take it as soon as you remember and if close to your next dose take it then but don't double up". First time user bc. In may I started bc (sprintec) always on time. Had intercourse 2 and half weeks later. He didnt ejaculate inside me at all. It only lasted a minute. Im now on day four of placebo pills and i still havent gotten my.period and im freaking out. I was a virgin when i had intercourse, and its my first time.taking birth control..any advice..? I have been on birth control for 6 months. I was taking Gildess up until 3 weeks ago, where i started on Sprintec (Gildess was making me bleed very irregularly). I've been taking it very regularly, at the same time every day. Last saturday, I took my pill as normal. Saturday night, I had sex without a condom. Hi I am on sprintec birth control pill and I have been for almost 10 months now. I've never missed a pill and I've always taken it on time, maybe a half hour to an hour late here and there but that doesn't happen very often. I had unprotected sex and he doesn't think he ejaculated in me but wasn't sure so I took plan b 16 hours later. This happened on the 8th of January and I had a little bit of light brown discharge today.
Then on thursday i just took the pill once a day, on the same time everyday. I never missed the pill at all, nor was i late for the pill at all. I am very strict with timing. Anyways, i had partial intercourse on may 26. He didnt ejaculate inside me at all. I continued taking the pills regularly Ok. I finished the active pills on saturday, and i began taking placebo pills (inactive pills) sunday. Which i was supposed to begin my period.

However, in June I missed my period, and my hair loss returned. I got bloodwork done, and my endocrinologist diagnosed me with having high testosterone levels. Everything else appeared regular. I am currently taking Tri-all-Sprintec pills. I’ve been on them for about 5 months or so. My boyfriend and I haven’t been using other protection besides my pills. I went on vacation recently and on July 4 I completely missed my pill. I didn’t take that pill until today (July 16). On July 5 we had unprotected sex. I was half a day late taking it on July 8 and we had unprotected sex twice the following day. Starting July 14 I started getting brown discharge. No odor at all.
