All of a sudden out of no where I had a splitting headache, and I mean splitting! It felt as though my head were about to split in two right down the center of my face. I began to overheat and my face and head were very hot to the touch. I was in so much pain I thought I was about to vomit. Luckily, I was a block away from my office when this occured and I quickly parked and leaned over in my seat to try to assess my apin enough to get out of the car.
Finally, the PF people at Pfizer told me that while the firm recommends that the Lipitor pills NOT be broken in half or cut in half, they do say that it is perfectly okay to do this under doctor's prescription or recommendation, and that there is no negative downside at all to cutting Lippy in half. However, they do recommend not breaking them if no need to. So there. Case solved. Happy camper I am.
I realize this may sound strange but I was wondering if any of you have a "pill cutter" at home or do you just cut your pill in half with a knife? I am cutting down on the dose of my beta blocker per my Doctor and I was wondering if I have to purchase a pill cutter or can I just cut it with a knife or razor? I am a little anxious because you aren't supposed to "crush or chew" these pills and I'm afraid that if I cut it.......perhaps it will be crumbly.
Does anyone have any suggestions for things I could try? I tried doubling the dose of Viagra (I normally only need half a pill), but no dice. I tried a glass of wine to "loosen up," and that didn't make a difference. I'd love to find a "magic bullet" that just makes it WORK like Viagra seems to do in one-on-one scenarios, but I realize that may not happen.

I have taken half 25 mg like 6 times in 3 years to help me with my performance anxiety no side effects. I got a really good erection and a good effect.
But i am curious, Is it going to damage me in any way i just met a girl and thinking to take a pill first night we get intimate.

I am proscribed 25mg of viagra which I buy as 50mg pills to save money and cut in half. Cutting a viagra in half is not easy because they are hard coated and not scored (and oddly shaped). I find that 25mg is a little too much since it has side effects (a low blood pressure feeling, even though I don't think my blood pressure is really low). I have tried cutting the 50mg into fourth (very difficult), but this seems like a little too little.
My husband had his prostate removed in September of 2000. He had a normal sex drive and with the help of shots we were able to have the same sex life as before. Recently, he has lost his interest in sex. I wonder if it was from

this coming from someone that has a very high pain tolerance. The pain in mostly in my pubic and tail bone but involves my hips lower back and groin area. Walking is the worst of all. I have a desk job and I dread having to get up for anything. Trying to stand up or sit back down hurts like hell too. If I sit too long the pain in my hips and pubic bone become unbearable but if I want the pain in my pubic and tail hit me so hard it almost brings me to my knees.

Since they have much different half-lives, I thought I'd try the following: Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. It is normal for many men to have erections off and on throughout the night. However, in your case, it may be too much Viagra. Cut your 100mg. pill in half and try that next time you think you need one. If that works out, you will also save money, since the prescription will go twice as long. I feel that at 27 you are too young to have to use Viagra.
I went to the docs, who took bloods etc and prescribed viagra. I found with 100mg it worked..too well almost with unwanted erections, and i had nasty side effects. 50mg worked better for me, i could have sex a couple of times the night i took it.
The only downside is spontaneity!, we always feel we are against the clock, cant eat and let things be natural.
So, i spoke to the doc who has given me 20mg cialis.

I'd like to add that I am looking for an alternative to Viagra since Viagra has dangerous side effects. I never read the leaflet of a drug as dangerous as Viagra.
Every remedy they tried worked for a few months and then stopped working. These included yohimbine, testosterone injections, Viagra (never worked at all), and direct penile injections. The last worked really great for about a year but even that stopped working. I gave up about 10 years ago. I still have a strong libido and can ejaculate several times a week, just no erections. Has anything new been developed since then?
I have been prescribed Levitra and viagra for the past ten years and they have worked well. I was talking mainly 20mg Levitra. A few months ago this only resulted in a less than satisfactory "half erection" and that has been the case since. However I have been woken during the night with a good erection so the "plumbing must still be working.

Ok so I am here in a 3rd world country and shopped at a big market in the city (maybe black market). I had purchased many drugs in big quantities for very little. The Valium was $2 for 200 - 10mg tablets. Viagra $3.5 for 10 - 100mg tablets. And the Tramadol was $3 for 10 - 50mg capsules.

I have since found out it is not a good idea to split a Somac tablet. I'm still interested to hear from anyone who has an opinion about whether a 20mg tab twice a day is any better than a 40mg once a day.
