My throat has been dry and sore for the past 6 days and it hurts to eat and swallow, but also ive been having headaches. I've been drinking along of water and orange juice to see if it will help my throat but it hasnt and i just looked in my mirror and my tonsils had white stuff on them. I gargled with warm salt water but it didnt help at all.
I get recurrent sore throats that last for a week or so and go away and come back. Last time i got the sore throat it made my front neck lymph nodes to get swollen and it would hurt to touch. The tenderness and pain got better and its getting less swollen now. But 5 days ago i started getting a very bad stomach pain and nausea. Few hours later i was vomiting and had the worse stomach pain.
A week after the fatigue I developed a terrible neck stiffness and pain along with a sore throat. No fever. No rash. No ulcers that I could see. No vomiting or diarrhea. I am just now starting to feel better. The neck pain, sore throat, and fatigue were the worse. Tested for mono and strep both negative. I will test at 6 weeks and 12 but for now does that seem like ARS?
The next morning, my throat was sore. I assume that this was from the acid coming up and severely burn my esophagus. I figure it would go away in a couple days, however its been over 2 weeks and I still feel it. It is not really sore, but I feel like there is something when I swallow. It feels like an object is in my throat. It is not painful, but it agitates me. I tried lozenges, but that didnt really help either. Is this something I need to get check?
In order to relieve the terrible feeling of nausea and dry heaves I triggered my gag reflex by sticking my finger down my throat and I vomited bile. I have generalized weakness, loss of appetite but NO fever, sore joints, bloating or diarreha.
The nausea subsided for about 48 hours but it returned today with the same outcome. Nausea and vomiting bile. What does it mean when you vomit bile?
It will go away with meds for a few hours, but I do not want to keep taking those. I also have a sore throat, and stiff neck. This is all on my right side for the most part. I forgot to mention in the doctors post that I have wisdom teeth coming in, which could somehow be related I suppose. I do not have any dizziness/vertigo/vomiting/nausea/upset stomach/muscle pain nothing but a sore throat, horrible headache, and stiff/hurting neck.
During my first outbreak episode, I had fever, sore throat, chills, night sweats, however the main overall symptom was my severe sore throat as I could hardly swallow. It is getting really upsetting and whenever I start having a sore throat or I spit mucus I can see that the three upcoming days will be ruined (as I won't get any better until the next day and then I will take a few more days to recover). It started last December 2013 around Christmas and has since progressed to include sore throat, NO TROUBLE SWALLOWING, NO HEARTBURN, NO HOARSENESS OF VOICE. Then today, after 1 month of throat tightness and sore throat, I went to see an ENT dr, he scoped my nose and throat and said there was swelling and redness, after knowing about my reflux esophagitis, he told me it was LPR.
Now I am confused, how come the LPR is only starting now and not 2 months ago together with my reflux esophagitis?
My 14 year old daughter has had 7 bouts of vomiting and abdominal pain over the last 7 weeks. Symptoms have varied, but all episodes involved one or more bouts of vomiting and intermittent abdominal pain, always at the navel. The first two episodes included low-grade fever, sore throat and difficulty swallowing. Last five episodes had no fever. She has tested negative for strep.
After the bout with the vomiting I went to bed and woke up the next day with the muscles in my ribs sore from heaving. Then the following day (24 hours post vomiting) I had this sensation of a lump in my throat. There is no physical lump that can be palpated, but it feels as if something is stuck there. Its incredibly uncomfortable, but I've noticed that it fluctuates in severity of discomfort (although it hasn't gone away completely at any time).

I'm living in UK. After I had protected sex with an escort along with kissing. After around 36 hours, I started feeling a slight stomach ache, slight itching in the eye and sore throat. I did not notice any coughing or bleeding when I was with her. I'm really worried as she has been with a few visitors. Is there a possibility of her having Ebola symtoms not visible? My throat still feels as if food is stuck in there and my throat feels as if my throat was burnt severely and now it's sore. My stomach hurts, i constantly keep relieving gas. From my personal diagnosis, I believe that I have a mild case of strep throat. I had a sore throat for a few days but it seems to have died down now. Throat is still red at the moment. There's phlegm and I have difficulty swallowing (feels as though there's a lump at the back of the throat) Lymph nodes seem to be a little sore but not swollen.
No changes in voice, headaches, nausea or vomiting, fevers or rash.
m addicted to opiates, and as much as they make me feel good they make me throw up so, prety much everyday i throw up once or more, and just recently i noticed my throat hurting then when i checked it i noticed it was a sore in the back of throat. Ive got a pretty good idea that all the throwing up and acidic acid is what caused the sore, but im just trying to make sure, AND what other medical problems could vomiting at least once a day for the past year could do to me.....
I cannot eat because i get even more mucus and my throat is full of it and my stomach and my intestines and colon, from one end to the other...I was throwing up all night last night and it was mucus coming out both ends. It feels like I am going to drown. When I was a kid I would get it when I drank drinks with allot of sugar so I avoided sugar as much as possible but now......I recently got a thyroid blood test and TSH was high 5.8 but the uptake soft tissue test was normal.
