but in the past couple months my calf are very sore to the touch or if i flex my feet towards my body I dont feel any knots and its not a stabbing pain they just seem to acke bad and and this never goes away also at times when I touch any part of my legs from top to bottem they are sore to touch even with lil presure

I had forgotten I had an ingrown-hair spot on my forehead but remembered it when he combed a few times over it and it hurt. I asked him to avoid combing the area due to my spot which by that time had become sore and red. For awhile now I have had a sore spot in the top of my head. I don't wear pony tails or braids because anything that pulls on my scalp gives me a headache. My scalp doesn't have sores and the area doesn't appear to be red, but my hair has thinned in the sore area. It isn't sore to touch it just constantly feels tender. if it satys there get it checked but I have heard of this maybe you slept with the Hair Follicle the wrong way, kind of the opposite of the way it grows, or scratched the scalp somehow,sore patches are common no one seems to have an answer, you could put the question on the Doc Forum and see what they say.

I've got a hard bone type lump, that's painless on my scalp, behind my ear. I've have terrible headaches on the same side too. Mostly in my temple area that radiates into my cheekbone and jaw. The skin is sore to touch as well. Feels like it's bruised. The headaches are horrendous. Facial twitching and jaw jerking. My neck feels like there's pressure on the left side (same side as lump and headache).
I've got small tender lumps in both armpits.
diagnosed my bald spots to be Alopecia Areata. To date it comes and goes but recently my scalp has been extremely sore to touch and I have been getting headaches every day. I don't know who to see or where to go to get help in properly diagnosing this. The pain is at the top front or my head and middle top left side of my head. I have been also experiencing eye pain but this could be due to the fact that I also need to see an eye dr for new glasses.
I have examined the area under a magnifying glass and have determined the effected area to be approx. the size of a nickel, is slightly raised and hot to the touch. There is no sign of a "Bullseye" or ring around any centralized center at this point. I did; however, notice for the first time today the appearance of two small pin ***** marks approx 1 inch away from the effected area. The red pin pricks are approx a half inch apart form one another and were not there two days ago.
They appeared pratically overnight One is larger than the other one and are very sore to touch. I also have found I have one on top of my head which only small but again sore. Lately I have been having severe sharp shooting pains in a specific area of the scalp on the right side. The scalp in this region is also remarkably warmer than anywhere else on the head. I have had several coworkers confirm this. Upon research of this it seems to be possibly anxiety, but nothing I have looked at so far has addressed the temperature change of the specific area of the scalp.
My scalp feels very sore after wards cannot touch my scalp without soreness for a day or so. Sometimes when its winding outside my scalp is sore. I do not have headaches and I do not feel burning in my feet or hands but I do get the burning and electric sensation in my legs lower and upper. This has been going on for 30 years. Basically, for about 24 - 48 hours, an area of skin (generally from the size of a softball to basketball) will become extremely tender and sore to the touch ... almost as if it were bruised significantly. It is so tender that clothes brushing against it is painful. The problem is, there is no visual evidence of it. I went to the doctor and felt as though he was insinuating that I was making up the symptoms because he could not see anything. Very, very frustrating.
I forgot to mention that I have had very sensitive eyes too! The sun doesn't even have to be out and my eyes will hurt randomly.
