sore neck tips

Today I just found out I'm approximately 6 weeks pregnant with my first. So far (I'm probably jinxing myself by saying this) I have no symptoms other than bad cramping in my abdomen and my boobs/nipples are SO sore and sensitive. I've struggled with extreme nausea my entire life and am not looking forward to that part when it comes... Any advice and/or tips you ladies would be willing to give will be greatly appreciated!

So this is my second child, but first c section, does anyone have any tips on a speedy recovery? I know walking is the best way, but if any of y'all had a problem with your neck back and head hurting when you walk?

Does anyone else out there have or had a terrible sore neck? it hurts so much in the back. Mythroat feels like I can't swollow where it feels like that little adam's apple won't move. even my jaw hurts. I went to the ENT - he wants to see the actual US films . I called the pharmacist and he said prednisone should not be the cause of any pain I am having. Would this nodule cause so mych pain ? adn IF it spread to lymph node could this be my pain too.

My neck is so sore I think I slept wrong last night! Please help me what can I do I know massage is not good in the 1st trimester I've tried stretching it but it's still there, it's gonna give me a headache I can see it!!!

I woke up two days ago with a really sore neck, im literally unable to move my head around and when i get up i cant lift it up, im constantly staring at the floor, why

m having the same thing and then my shoulder ends up staying sore for most of the day and makes my neck hurt. I have tried going to my chiropractor and that helps relieve it but it just comes right back that night.

Does anyone have any exercise tips that will not flare your symptoms up? Thanks in advance.

I felt a crunch in the back of my neck, right between my shoulder blades. My neck remained stiff for 3 days after the incident and I was unable to turn my head due to muscle tightness. After about a week the muscles spasms calmed down but I still noticed a severe pinch right right in the joint of my spine between my shoulder blades.The area around the joint felt sore like it was bruised but there was no discoloration.

2/3 weeks, I had serious headache , hot feeling at the back of my neck and my neck felt muscle felt stiff up to the back of my ears. Sweating a lot and with eyes feeling heavy and tired like wanting to sleep always and felt sick stomach felt disturbed . Sweaty palm, looked rough looking reddish with finger tips peeling and looked like some slightly visible bumbs on palms Mild sore throat few sneezing body aches muscle and joints pain.

ve felt like crap. Flaky skin on my face that caused patches of paleness to appear. Swollen node on the right of my neck and left of my jaw that hasn't went down. I can also feel lumps where my neck and shoulder connect. A cough for months that finally went away. A floater in my eye. Sore arm pits. I'm so scared. I really have always tried to be safe.

I noticed i have to watch a movie in order to fall asleep, and i wake up every 2 hours or so and i notice its pretty much every time the movie is not still playing but i have no clue how i know it ends. I wake up with a sore back and neck and feel sick, and it takes me a while to fall back asleep if i cant get the movie to play again. I'm wondering why it is that I get this way and how i can fix this problem.

I'm 8 weeks and I noticed my breast were extremely tender and sore when it started I was four weeks and my boobs still hurt it's more my nipple that is very sensitive

When Im on my feet all day at work by the time I get home Its basically painful to walk, its now at the point were if im still sore the nxt day I usually dont go to work im that sore. Anyone have any tips on how to sooth the pain. I work outdoors with cattle all day so its hard to jus stop and take a break!

I had anterior c5/c6 disectomy with fusion last week and was looking for some helpful tips on recovery. I still have a major sore neck/shoujders and my throat is extremely sore. Besides walking.........What else can I do to move this recovery at a faster pace? I keep reading a lot of horror stories about the post op recovery with this surgery, but my surgeon tells me I will be back to work in 2 weeks. I dont feel like I will be ready in 2 weeks though.

I had sore sore breast until 20 weeks where even the seat belt hurt them. Now I get the sharp sudden pain in then and the only thing that helps is to have a warm shower or flannel.

Anybody have any tips on strengthening neck muscles,my dr.said it could help the stiff neck and might help me feel better,who knows anythings worth a shot at feeling better??has anybody tried this?

constant sore throat,constant throat clearing trouble swallowing and right side of neck is swollen below ear and losing my voice sometimes

I seem to only feel neck pain in the right side and only when laying down on my right side and only when swallowing. Have seen a ENT and was told throat looked fine. I am thinking it could be an artery.

I also get very sore left shoulder muscles (as if they are knotted) and a slight pain on the left side of my neck. Other things I get on the odd occasion are twitches to my neck, twitches to my bicept and a feeling of blood rushing to the sole of my foot if I've been standing on it for a while and then pick it up.
