e 3 i got sore lyumph node on the left side of my neck , behind the ear and it goes down to the neck . Then i got sore throat on the left side . These symptoms comes and goes. In the morning when i get up sysmptoms n soreness is not there and then comes during the day.... i went to the ENT specialist he said i dont hAve sore throat i have sinus problem . He gave me some antibiotics, nasal spray, sinus medicine .
It could partially be stiff shoulders/neck, which could cause headaches (pain is in similar places to sinus infections) and constrict the tubes of the inner ear, blood vessels, etc in the neck (try massaging your neck/shoulders, face, jaw and stretching, and excedrin or advil works well).
These last two don't explain the warmness or cold hands/feet.

Sinus allergies also cause neck muscle tension and pain that spreads to the scalp, causes lymph nodes to swell and put pressure on nerves that cause ear and jaw pain. Allergies can trigger pain in the face, ear, neck, head/scalp and jaw/tmjd, as well as put pressure on the perotid glands and salivary glands. I've had some triggered by using prednisone to help treat sinus and lung infections.
it feels like my t shirt is off to one side also weird if i walk. my neck sholder feels very off and ear weird. i feel slight pain near my neck area.
couple of days before i also feel same like my ear is muffled hearing kind fuzzy. at work i just started to feel like my hearing became muffled and i felt weird yesterday.
today i woke up this morning until now my ear muffled hearing fuzzy kind of hearing, i feel also almost like lightheaded off balance if i walk or move around.

About a week ago it felt like a lymphnode under my chin was swollen and kind of sore. That worried me. Yesterday I started having ear pain on that same side. Today the ear pain is worse and my ear feels full, it's hard to describe. It hurts from my lymph node and into my jaw and ear.
I am the type of person that always jumps to the worst conclusion. Could it be that I just have an ear infection and that the swollen lymph node was trying to fight it and lost?
The next day I started noticing some neck discomfort, not really a sore throat, but stiffness and soreness in my throat area, when I turn my neck or put my head up or down to my chest. I thought maybe i might have an infection. I went back to my dentist yesterday, and he said he sees no sign of any infectiion, and that everything is healing nicely. I was glad, but am still concerned about the discomfort in my neck and throat area.
use a massage vibrator from behind the ear, to down under the jaw, working your way to where the clavicle meets the base of the neck next to the esophagus. If you are in a place where you cannot do that use your thumb and first finger to grab and massage the muscle from the jaw down to the front of the neck. It is sore in my neck to the touch, and the pain radiates into my ear and lower jaw. Neither the jaw or the ear are sore to the touch. My primary care dr. gave me Ceclor for a sinus infection after a few days because it sounded sinus related to her. Has not helped. I went to the ER yesterday because of the pain and they thought I had torn my carotid artery! After an ultrasound of both sides of my neck, everything was normal so that was not the problem.
Since then, I have experienced moving discomfort from my left ear, to the angle of my jaw on the left side, and now stiffness / general discomfort in my neck under my jaw. My throat is pink, but tonsils are swollen. The left side of my tonsil wall is wavy, instead of the normal smooth. The top of one of the "waves" on the left side has a small white crest that looks like a cancor sore.
The first nurse told me that I had Tonsillitis and to try to find some anti-biotics.
