Help, i have oral herpes, the scabs are closed and pink skin is just visible, then i kissed my son 3 years old in the stomach, about 3 days before, after taking a bath today he got rashes in the right side part of his body, is this hsv1?

ve noticed that initially they are pus filled blisters that pop very fast and the surface skin falls away very fast as well, leaving a circular red hole in my lip In addition to this, my lymph nodes and gums are swollen. any advice? also, i am comtemplating going to the emergency room right now for this. I do not know if they bled, but I did not taste blood, or see any blood when I looked at my lips in the mirror. They were very sore, swollen and purple afterwards. He also fingered me quite roughly, and when I went to clean up afterwards I noticed some blood. ok so about 2-3 days ago i woke up and my lips were a little sore and chapped then a few hours later they starte to hurt then by the end of the day they were all puffy and red and were like that the next whole day and the skin peels off and now i have tiny little bubbles all over my lips. my lips are so sore and ive been keeping vasaline on them 24/7 and i cant figure out what is it any ideas ?
