I will start off by saying I have no idea where your kidneys are but on my left side Above my hip/under my ribs I am sore its sore when I am turning or bending. Could this be my kidneys?

I had a really bad fever of 103 degrees Fahrenheit also a sore throat, with a white tongue, i went to te hospital and they gave me antibiotics, also i had a uti and my doctor said my fever wasnt because of the sore throat but maybe something to do with my kidneys or something. I didnt take the antibiotics right after, but i think a couple days afterprescribed, and 2 days later i was fine.

Do not take Levaquin for a sore throat. The drug is a class called fluoroquinalones, and the side effects may include anything from aches and pains for months to tendon rupture. If a fluoroquinalone is prescribed Cipro has far fewer side effects.

Thanks Tbone and Vance, its been 27 days now and i still have a mild sore throat, is it not unusual to have a mild sore throat since 27 days that started just 12 hours after the kiss? Can it be possible that my immune system has been affected due to something which is not letting me recover 100% from sore throat? What can it be- sore throat 12 hoirs after kiss??

I am now at 5 weeks, diarrhea and sore throat continue. I also have frequent stomach pain and in the last 2 days occasional pain in my kidneys, but no fever, no other symptoms. My throat has been bothering me for the last two weeks. Sometimes it hurts, but it is not the same as a sore throat it kind of feels like the pain is on both sides of the adam's apple. Symptoms for std donot happen 2 even 3 days for things like gono and chlamydia but take at least a week. Sore throat, aches and fatigue are not associated with any std but a fever and body aches would be associated with a recent infection for herpes.
