Hi! I just had a BFP using a HPT yesterday too and I have had two previous miscarriages so I am so nervous too! I had really sore breasts all last week and the aren't as sore anymore. Does anyone know if the breasts will be more sore some days. I am scared that the HCG levels are leaving. I don't want to be scared and I am trying to have faith that this is our time!!!

and my breasts have been hurting since then, had sex 2 days after period. My periods come every 14-17 days..I dont think Im prego already have 3 children so I know how I may feel if I was. Havent taken a test or anything.

It varies with every pregnancy. With my first son I had sore breasts at 6 weeks and with my pregnancy now I didn't get sore breasts until 8 weeks and now they are still pretty sensitive. Consider yourself lucky if they don't get sore!

I'm 5 weeks along with my first and I have had sore breasts/nipples for about a week. I've noticed that some days they aren't as sore as others, or some days it looks like my nipples are getting darker, then the next day not as much... weird? The symptoms you speak of are typical for both. I never have sore breasts either w PMS however I did once or twice ever but PMS symptoms can change because the hormones fluctuate so greatly leading up to AF. If AF doesn't arrive on time I would take a digital pregnancy test with your first morning urine.

Here we are once again playing the waiting and wondering game...lol I ovulated between the 5th & 6th of this month and I woke up this morning with sore breasts. I am praying it has something to do with pregnancy (I know it's way to early to tell) and not AF. I shouldn't get my period until the end of next week between the 16th &19th. Hey Ladies I just wanted you guys opinions on this and I'm a little unsure what to do. For a years now, I have alway kept track of my periods and it has always come exactly 25 days (more or less) apart. Usually my period last a week, from start to finish and completely cleared.I am 20 years old now and it has been this consistent for years! About 3 weeks ago, my boy friend for 4yrs and i finally had sex.

I ask my doc about it because i figured with my youngest being only 5mths old that they would definatly be sore but he informed me that sore breast was just a common symptom that most pregnant women feel in the begining but it was normal if my breast wasn't sore. he also told me that in some women their breast don't actually get sore until there milk comes in.

I've gotten aches and pains, sometimes very sharp, in my breasts since early pregnancy. It's not uncommon during pregnancy, but if it's constant and the pain is really bad you might put in a call to your OB. It can't hurt to double-check.

It could be the case but I usually get sore breasts through my whole luteal phase and sometimes they can be really sore. It's a difficult symptom to be able to tell.

Can anyone tell me how sore do your breasts have to be as a sign of pregnancy. I am due my period on the 7th of July and hoping it doesn't come. I usually have cramp 1 or 2 days before my period with slight breast pain which i can cope with. But the pain i have in my breasts at the moment is unbelievable especially around the nipples i can hardly touch them its unbearable.

Sore breasts is also a common side effect of birth control. It can also simply be caused by your cycle in general due to hormonal changes throughout. I wouldn't worry about pregnancy unless you miss a period.

I know sore breasts are a common sign of pregnancy. But what exactly is "sore." Mine aren't sore like before a period. They are sharp stabbing pains. Periodically I feel stabbing pains all through my breasts. Or does it just feel sore like when you workout and your muscles are sore and tired??

I am 5 dpo and my breasts have been pretty sore and my nipples are VERY tender. Could this indicate pregnancy? Or is it too soon to have any symptoms?

me and my girlfriend had sex 2 days ago and she told me yesterday that her breats have been really sore..

( please tell me this wont last the whole 9 months? :( anyone any advice to relieve the pain?

We have been trying tc and started using preseed last 2 months, well since about 5 days ago...10 days past ovulation.....my breasts started to get sore, but not like the usual tenderness at the outsides but like when you are breast feeding first and the pain inside and in the nipples. So different from the usual pain and more intense, so Im starting to wonder if it is worth doing a test now or waiting for a few days after AF is due?? Or could this new pain be the start of menopause?

strange I had a baby in January of this year and I did breast feed on an off and stopped fully a month and a half ago I was wondering if it could be from breast feeding not that long ago.

I will be 6 weeks on Friday. My breadts have been super sore and bothering me a lot, which is obviously a good sign of pregnancy. Today they aren't nearly as sore or swollen, which makes me nervous. I was so overwhelmed when I found out I was pregnant and it feels like it was so long ago! Apart from being tired and yawning all the time, I have mild symptoms of sore breasts, constipation and no sickness yet. I felt nausious on and off after implantation, for several days, but it seems to have disappeared. Is there anyone else out there also 5 weeks pregnant, and if so, what symptoms are you experiencing?

Every pregnancy is different. I had sore breasts for the majority of my pregnancy and it didn't go away until about 1 month after I delivered.
