The goal is 30 minutes of exercise a day for five days a week. A good jumping off point. If it is more or you do more, great! Oh Panda i am so sorry to hear about your friends passing away. Tina's death is the cold hard reality of this addiction and it could of been anyone of us. As for your other friend with cancer, that is such a devasting disease also. May they both have found peace now.

A close friend of mine passed away and I told all of them I would be taking a break because of this and the friend that I left sent a meme as a sort of pay back.I decided today I would play it off as some sort of prank that I wasn’t uncomfortable at all and I was fine but the friend that I left got mad yet again. What strength MRI was used for your scans? A 3T would be the best strength to pick up lesions that are harder to see. You mention a brain MRI - but was a spinal series also done? You could have spinal lesions and no brain lesions. Are you seeing a neurologist?
