Sneezing in poodles

Common Questions and Answers about Sneezing in poodles

sneeze

Avatar f tn ve never heard of this in Maltese or Poodles but I know a breed like a Pug can have elongated soft palates and collapsing tracheas. Does anything ever come out her nose, even a little, like food or water? I ask this because she may have (even a hairline) cleft palate. Has she been to the Vet or due to go in soon for shots maybe? I would mention this to the Vet and have him/her give the puppy a thorough examination. Wish I could be of more help.
Avatar f tn Can anyone tell me if this is common in old dogs or just poodles? Is there anything that I can do?
902589 tn?1268148853 Sorry, i'm not too fond of poodles, they're cute but my aunt's poodles ruined it for me. She let them run around crazily and treated them like spoiled children and they barked excessively :( She never tried to train them at all. It's so hard finding a good breed for us.
Avatar n tn I m 13 weeks pregnant n this is ma first pregnancy after 4 years of ma marriage.. I hv been sneezing constantly since last night n nw I m having a little pain in ma lower tummy cz of d sneezing pressure..
Avatar m tn My daughter has had a cold for two days and after that she started getting blood in her snot while sneezing. Now, she is even getting blood in snot when she is spitting the snot from her nose. Is this normal? She recently turned 12 years old. I am worried. Please answer if you have experienced the same thing.
Avatar n tn Does it appear to be only where you would put FrontLine -I am finding most of fellow dog owners with shihtzu maltese and poodles are experiencing the same thing - moles that are pink like in those areas where we put the flea treatment - thanks Elisabeth (***@****)
Avatar f tn 5 but their huge standard poodles. I wish I had your dog lol.
740456 tn?1260449809 LOL! Good for you! If you only want to groom your parent's poodles, any groomer should be able to show you how. What IS difficult in the life of a groomer is knowing the proper cuts and techniques for a multitude of dog breeds. You're also expected to know how express anal glands and trim nails. Some fun, eh?!
Avatar f tn I was wondering if getting hiccups every time after eating is normal, and I also find myself sneezing several times in the day yet Im not sick. Also, when do you start feeling your baby move/kick? sometimes it feels like a movement but not entirely sure, more like ants. I find myself feeling more sick in the afternoons now than ever. TMI, but do any of you ladies find yourself having horrible gas?
4202953 tn?1377183506 Sneezing is very common... im still sneezing at 53 days. Nothing like the first 30 days though. Now i take it as a reminder that im still healing. I'll take that over the sweats anytime... one of the things that had me stumped. Then my pal Tom from the board told me about putting a cold cloth on my stomach at night... it worked!
Avatar m tn Sneezing is VERY common when coming off of opiates. There is an old post about it I will search for it and bump it up for you guys to read....it explains it better. Give me a few minutes to find it!
Avatar f tn I took him in and the vet said he had an infected tooth so gave him amoxicilin along with PB for seizures. He had been taking 2 pills a day but I would sometimes find the pill on the floor so I knew he was somehow getting them out of the treat. I told my pharmacist that and she said she was surprised he was given PB for only a cluster of seizures and suggest I drop it down to one a day. So for about 7 months he has been taking one a day.
203342 tn?1328737207 I use Ask.com also. Female poodles are the best, buttttttt... they constantly need grooming. Every 3 weeks in summertime. It grows so fast. I cut her hair & it took a year of leaving "bald spots" before I became real good at it. lol Here in NY Groomers charge 65.00 & up to do a poodle. That gets rediculous every 3 weeks. So I do it myself. Buy a poodle video on grooming. I hope I helped you a bit.
18840190 tn?1468675333 s very common for skin conditions to go hand in hand with other problems, such as allergies, endocrine (hormonal) disorders or immune-mediated disorders. If antibacterials did not work then it could be that it's something that is immune-mediated, and these types of conditions are often very difficult to get a handle on.
Avatar f tn just our bodies trying to get the poisin out in everyway possible lol...sux though...benadryl helps with the sneezing btw.....again im so very proud of u dove..
2083688 tn?1334601661 I always held in my sneezes since before I can remember. I held one in a few minutes ago and started wondering if its bad to hold them in now that I'm pregnant. I'm already 2 days short of being 36 weeks pregnant so I hope its not harmful. Im jus curious cus my muscles in my tummy kinda tightened up and didn't recognize it ever doing it til this time.
Avatar n tn This is kind of strange but every time any form of heat turns on my nose and sinuses go crazy. I get incredible sinus pressure, my eyes water, I start sneezing continuously, and sometimes it is so hard to breath that I can't talk (It just feels like my throat is closing up). It won't take long for this to happen but it is especially fast/bad when I am in a car right next to the vent, which makes things interesting in the wintertime.
Avatar n tn Most allergy tests look for the "usual" suspects: ragweed, mold, animal dander, mites, tree pollen, etc. I had a skin test at 11 years old against 35 common allergens and reacted to none of them. So I was told I have no allergies and therefore non-allergenic rhinitis. However, I'm very allergic to fragrance and lavender and have been since I was a baby. I've also since become allergic to jasmine, lilies, lilacs, juniper bushes, ceder, cats, dust, mold, hay, and fresh grass.
Avatar n tn Please address this issue with the dog's vet. However, indeed, as in humans, this most likely represent severe mitral regurgitation that at this point needs to be treated with afterload reduction and diuretics.
Avatar f tn Me too...
Avatar f tn I wonder what causes the sneezing. It's so annoying! But I'll take it over those stupid pills!! Congrats on day 23!!!
