sneeze

1416133 tn?1351123217 Amen. I get 'em (colds) every other week or so. Not sure why though. I'm taking care of myself with vitamins, protein drinks and just overall being a goody-two-shoes but I just can't stop sneezing. The sneezing happens everyday but the cold symptoms ony come every other week or so. I guess it's just payback for being an oxy dunce? Me being an oxy dunce...not any of you fine folks. OTC Cold meds don't seem to help neither.

11803947 tn?1430842645 In my opinion it's important especially in the first trimester they need more folic acid and other things that the vitamins help with. I've been taking mine every day since 4 weeks and at first they made me sick so I started taking them right after supper with a glass of milk and it worked really well.
1900896 tn?1323043641 thank you , yeah im taking l-tucleine(SP) and mega 50 vitamins with protein powder
Avatar n tn It is possible your cold symptoms are part of your wds... alot of times you sneeze ALOT during wds and your sinuses really start acting up b/c of the receptors changing w/o the opiates in your body. (i know others have explained it way better than i am) Also, your immune system is going to be weak right now. Are you taking the aminos & vitamins? I would strongly suggest taking the Buffered Vitamin C... Ester C I think it's called. Keep up the good work!
7634014 tn?1393585139 Thanks for replying, how long have you been having the sneezes? I too have that difficulty with the swallowing, I've noticed if taking my vitamins or some foods, a sneeze will come and cause choking as well. Weird symptom.
Avatar f tn What I do as well when i feel like im coming down with something, other than taking my prenatal vitamins, i take vitamin c and zinc during the first onset of symptoms.
Avatar m tn On around 4th feb after smoking and some beers, i got sore throat which quickly developed into fever. Lasted until 13th, Now again on 24th feb i woke up sneezing and later yesterday on 25th it developed into mild fever. Now i just have cough and almost no fever. Just have stuffy nose. Before this during december i had a cold/fever. I've been getting sick quite frequently then i'm supposed to for a 23 year old guy. I am fat and i get very little excercise due to my job.
Avatar f tn Also since I start taking the Vitamins and tapering I been having a Alergies or cold like symptoms, running nose, sneezing and stuffy nose at night in been taking benadryl at night for that is this normal or do i just have allergies and its coincidence?
486919 tn?1280184140 I started taking vitamins and other supplements about 6 months ago. I was wondering if its better to take them all at once or spread them out during the day? Can to many vitamins at once have some side affects? And finally, is it better to take them in the morning, afternoon, or evenings?
Avatar m tn Identifying and eliminating your triggers are important - you said exercise or laughing/sneezing. Exercise can be eliminated by taking your rescue inhaler before you start (not included in the 3 times max a week). The sneezing could be due to your exposure to an allergen and taking allergy medications or staying away depending on what it is will help. Your "favourite cold summer snack" - is it ice cream?
Avatar f tn hi mommies i have a question did u keep on taking the prenatal vitamins after having baby??
