ve read on here many times about a LOT of people experiencing the sneezing phenomenon after the hard withdrawals are over. My thought was that maybe it's just one more way for the body to detox and rid itself of the remnants of the drug?...sneezing DOES get some bad stuff out of you....so maybe look at it as a positive thing (although I know it's probably a pain in the butt at the time!) Congrats on 12 days thats awesome You are doing just fine The sneezing well everyone is different it will stop but when i dont know it could stop tomorrow iv been clean 102 days and i was still sneezing after 6 to 7 weeks like yourself many times then it started to get less and less yes its anoying but will eventually stop like mine i hardly ever sneeze now ,,,,James
Hey! Yes, sneezing is a symptom, so don't worry. Try any OTC sleep aid. Including benadryl, that usually helps. But it will be hard to rest no matter what. So keep that in mind.

I went to stores for food,some menial chores
June 25th- I woke up at eleven oclock drove 5 milles to stores to buy food,2Pm Minor carpentry work on the house ,Sneezing symptom is fully present, with a pretty good day so far got alot of sleep last night starting feel beter about this process,I just notice my hands hurt but not extreme pain.I had a good nap from 5 to 7 pm.I walked 1 mile after supper.wd symptoms very faint.I took zinc magnesium and calcium and vitamin D before bed.
I'm only 40 xomething days, but still experience some of the sneezing. After six years of not knowing what is sick, and what's not, I believe that it's a normal thing of alergy for me. My detox days of sneezing lasted endless for a while before subsiding.
As for restless legs, Ohhhh! that's so agrivating! It went away soon, but still occurs at times when I take too much OTC meds for sleep.

My lungs feel irritated and burning after useing my Autopap unit. Im new to this and am asking if Im doing something wrong here. I am use the Autopap unit for Sleep Apnea that I have been diagnosed to suffer from. Been using it near 6 to 7 weeks now. I have a nose cup on my face at night. But at times I feel a need to cough at 1st. Like something is tickling the back of my oesophagus. Feels like a hair but I can't spit it out and it's always their when I put the mask back on.
Has anyone else allergies been kicking them in the butt lately?
I'm on day 19 after a pretty long run of high dose opiates. I'm still sneezing 30x a day and still have that hot/cold at the same time thing going on - which bothers me way more than the sneezing. And of course, still can't sleep more than 5 hours but I know that can take a while. How much longer can this go on?
Ah, there is also instances where a dental problem can cause excessive sneezing. has kitty had his teeth checked lately? The only other option is an obstruction like nasal polyps, that the vet would tell you if removal was necessary.
Hi, welcome to the forum, one thing is certain that there is continued nasal irritation which is causing nasal itching and sneezing. Sneezing is a protective mechanism which tries to drive the irritant out of the nasal passage.
The possibility in your case is any particulate or foreign body may be left inside which may be irritating the nasal passage or the tube insertion might have caused a minor injury to the nasal lining which will cause the feeling of persistent irritation.

I. I'm 68 an have been on vikes for quite some time.3-4 yrs. I'm on not just for the heck of it but just had some back surgery that did not totally work right. Also have a totally blown shoulder. Have had a Rgt. knee replacement and do need a left one too. To top it off I have a left ankle that needs surgery. At my age ? BUMMER!! But I am blessed with a great wife and a great faith.
Story here is I ran out of vikes so I am trying to withdraw.
I'm on day 10 and still sneezing all the time. When does the sneezing stop?? Not that is a huge deal I was just wondering. On a better note I sleep well last night!!!!!
