Avatar m tn I have got this for years. Not neccessarily after long bouts of exercise but after short intense bursts. I have seen many doctors and none of them have any idea what it is. I am fit and regularly keep well hydrated. I willI document my fluid intake and exercise and test this dehydration theory anyway, will let you know how i go.
Avatar n tn I am a 19 yo white female who has been experiancing excrutiating chest and right arm pain after sneezing. The pain starts in my upper chest, very similar to the pain experianced when one has a brochoncial infection and has been coughing for a long time. It racks around my chest cavity and is a very sharp, prolonged pain. The pain also moves down my right arm, stopping usually before it goes into my palm.

Avatar n tn Wait at least 2-3 hours after a meal to exercise or you may develop cramps, nausea, or vomiting. It is also appropriate to wait at least 30 minutes after exercising to eat a meal. Also, you may want to get a reading of your blood pressure and heart rate. You may be training tooo hard. It could be other numerous tings causing this. It has happened only once to me, but noticed that when working at the gym some people are vomiting...trainer mentioned mentioned...
Avatar f tn Hi there! I have been doing T25 Focus for 8 weeks and if you don't know it's kind of intense, really gets your heart rate high and it's high impact. I just found out I'm four weeks and wondering if I should do something less intense? What has been your experience?
Avatar n tn It's quite normal not to be hungry after exercising -- that's one of the benefits of regular exercise, it actually can diminish hunger. People differ in what they need to do to exercise -- if you watch pro athletes interviewed about their eating habits pre-game and post-game, you'll find very different needs . Humans differ.
Avatar n tn i began having heart palps, aggrivated after intense exercise. Exercise sessions leave me feeling beat up and even more ill. The single most troublesome part of this whole situation is...I feel in a way like I have a nasty viral infection that Just won't go away, save sneezing etc..nausea, fatigue, chest discomfort, heart palps, tachycardia which is very sensitive to external stimuli. My rhythm is normal per Holter monitor.
Avatar n tn My question is could intense exercise help metabolize the klonopin out of my system? The reason I ask is my husband and I were trying to get pregnant prior to the panic attack disorder. I feel that I need the medication at the moment, but I also understand that it is a risky drug for pregnancy.
Avatar n tn This is kind of strange but every time any form of heat turns on my nose and sinuses go crazy. I get incredible sinus pressure, my eyes water, I start sneezing continuously, and sometimes it is so hard to breath that I can't talk (It just feels like my throat is closing up). It won't take long for this to happen but it is especially fast/bad when I am in a car right next to the vent, which makes things interesting in the wintertime.
Avatar f tn Well, after something like that, your body needs time to heal inside and out. Mind and body. My early loss at 8wks didn't effect me as i wasn't in the right place for a second child with my kids dad - and the 5wks one didn't really hit me hard as I wasn't really that far along and only started bleeding a week or 2 after I found out I was pregnant.
Avatar n tn I went to the ER via ambulance, was having difficulty breathing and the pain was intense. A CT was completed with no breaks or fractures noted, EKG normal. I lived with the pain for 2 weeks, sneezing or coughing caused excrutiating pain. With followup another EKG was completed with no changes noted. At this point that intense pain has been relieved, but my left upper chest feels numb and when I lean forward I get an intense, burning, stabbing pain in my left chest area.
Avatar n tn re feeling no pain) and it causes your exercise high to last for a longer period of time after exercise. Testosterone, estrogen, thyroxine (T4), epinephrine, insulin, glucagon are other hormones produced by your body while doing physical activity.
Avatar m tn However, intense exercise can have the opposite effect and actually increase your blood glucose levels. The body recognizes intense exercise as a stress and releases stress hormones that tells your body to increase available blood glucose to fuel your muscles. If your glucose levels exceed normal levels discuss with your doctor medication or medication adjustment.
Avatar m tn I checked my heart rate and it seemed stable. I have never had this experience after exercise, so I am a little concerned. I am in great overall health, my resting heart rate is 45 and I've been told by several doctors in the past that I have a strong, dynamic heart and no observable abnormalities that can be seen on an echocardiogram. The only issue I have is that my blood pressure tends to run low.
374593 tn?1257879950 I guess my biggest question is should you limit your exercise or type of exercise after O time/or IUI? we have a charity run (5k) that will prob be hitting near the middle or end of my 2ww this next cycle, and wandering if i should just walk or if running is ok? THANKS!
Avatar f tn Any ideas what kind of exercise is good for loss of weight but getting a good abdomin?
Avatar f tn I started working out 3 weeks ago - I have a personal trainer - just this past week i got a intense headache after doing some weights. It happened again yesterday. Doing leg lifts, a intense headache right away.

Avatar m tn But I am finding for my length of time on the med. MY BP crashes after an intense exercise. MY Heart rate after exercise gets to 49 beats. I think this is unsafe. However, I have exercised my whole life on Inderal since 19 and never had a serious issue.
1140344 tn?1266547759 I've been getting "exercise headaches" ever since I started working out again after my pregnancy. I don't do anything high impact. I'm guessing it's heart rate/ blood pressure related, but even my doc couldn't give me a real answer or solution. All I was told is that they fade if I workout regularly. That doesn't help! I end up feeling like cr*p for the rest of the day!
Avatar f tn My cousin posted it on her instagram and I am starting tomorrow! It looks intense and fun! Could always use a Firm booty and it will help with the lady business staying firm too! Haha!!
