This has happened twice in the past three days where I see sparkling lights on both my eyes *o* everywhere! I am taking my prenatal, is it just cause I got up too fast? *o* anyone experienced this, is it bad?
It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

I'm new here so I don't really know how this works but here goes.
For the past at least 2 weeks I havent been able to sneeze at all..I get the urges to but right before I blow the feeling just goes away..I've tried everything to try and force myself to sneeze like pepper,looking at lights,Q-tip in my nose,i don't know what else to do..I was fine a month ago..
When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?
About two years ago whilst sitting at the traffic lights in my car, I sneezed. No problem however within a minute, a slight pain moved from the right hand side of my neck around to my right temple and then a seve headache set in. I am now 51 years of age and apart from the odd hangover, never really suffered from headaches. Since that day in the car two years ago, I frequently have headaches. Certainly each time I sneeze or cough, a headache immediately sets in.
If I fail to complete a natural sneeze too many times, I end up with very bad head pressure and headaches, which are not relieved by over the counter painkillers. When the natural sneeze EVENTUALLY comes out (which usually happens after weeks and sometimes MONTHS), the headaches and head pressure instantly go away.
What I don't understand is, I AM able to sneeze by tickling the insides of my nostrils with a tissue, but strangely that does not get rid of the headaches and pressure.
Ok so I'm 30 +3.. I was sitting in the living room with my younger sister, cousin and their boyfriends. All of a sudden I sneezed and felt a warm gush of water secrete from my downtown. Nope not my water, it was PEE Lol.. I'm thanks God I was wearing black yoga shorts.. but my couch is tan.. then comes my two year old baby brother ruining their time turning off the lights but it saved my butt..
If I sneeze, cough, bend over slightly (like to look a something, bend over to pick up something (worse pain), over head bright lights, computer screen light, bright sunlight. If I cough or sneeze several times consecutively the pain lasts any where from 10 to 45 minutes. All the other occurances usually last 5 to 15 minutes. I was diagnosed with Lupus in Sept. 2010. Very mild right now.
there's a difference between patm sneeze and a normal sneeze. heres the difference
PATM SNEEZE
- nose turns red or pink (this happens when your nose gets irritated)
- random sneezes going on and on
- runny nose afterwards
Non-related Sneeze
- nose not red or pink
- will sneeze only once or twice
- no random sneezes
I created this post for the sanity of PATMers because when your paranoid you begin to think your causing every allergic reaction.

Over the years I have had a cataract removed, my retina detached shortly after that and was reattached. I now can only see lights, colors and blurs with that eye. My question is, have there been any breakthroughs in areas such as a surgery to remove scarring in the macula or even complete eye transplants in the near future? I currently see fine with my left eye but wonder if I will ever have the opportunity to see 20/20 again... Thanks!

So my boyfriend is talking about joining the national guard but Im scared he won't be around for the birth of our baby. He hasnt been to any doctor appointments because he was working full time.
I have been interested in the coast guard for quite some time and was worried about a past health condition. I was diagnosed with an anxiety problem(he never said the word disorder), by my physician after 1 year and a half and was placed on Zoloft and trazadone for sleep. I was only on Zoloft for two months and decided to go completely off meds since. I want to join the coast guard but was worried that my panic attacks would stand in my way.
Everytime I sneeze i get a sharp pain in my pelvic area.. only 13 and 4. Any ideas what this could be?
I get this pain under my tummy right above my vag whenever I sneeze? Should I be worried?? Im scared!
