It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.
When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?

I was at work last week and a cook cut his finger. We were opening the store. I was starving. He showed me his finger. I looked hard at the food and didn't see anything. they found out that my mom has a lamp on her right ovarian, not a cyst, but in the blood test told that there is nothing abnormal, yet she's having a surgery next week to remove the ovarian, not sure if both, she's not giving me full answers yet I'm worried like hell, can't sleep and can't stop crying, I just want to know if it is possible that the lamp is malignant?
It has been a week and a half and the pain is a lot less severe but it still hurts a lot when I cough, sneeze, lift anything heavy or lay down in some positions. Take a warm bath. That helps with cramps.
Also invest in a heating pad.,i had terrible terrible period like cramps for months! Then my hubby got me a heating pad and i love it! It does wonders.
Keep a look out though, if you start spotting or they get more bother some you should call your dr or be seen.

I've had TMJ/TMD for a little over a year. I first visited my dentist, who created a night guard for me - which didn't work.
