Is your boyfriend my husband? LOL! My husband does the same exact thing. It doesn't have to be the same restaurant- it is any restaurant, various foods, drinks. Again, he doesn't sneeze after eating at home, nor at the restaurant..........just in the car after leaving a restaurant. The only time he sneezes in the car- after leaving a restaurant.
I, myself suffer (no matter where I am) to a bit of a sneeze fest (5-6 when I usually only sneeze once (or almost never) any other time) when ever I cough while eating; ie something goes down the wrong pipe or whatever might cause the cough. I also have post nasal drip (if I don't use an antihistamine) which causes me to cough; it something is too cold, or scratchy; like a grit of some protein powders in a smoothie (yes that sensitive.) Maybe in your case it is sneezing.
When I feel a sneeze coming on (which is often with this head cold), I have to basically hold my sides and pull my knees up to my chest. If I don't, I'm in extreme agony and sometimes end up in tears.
It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.
When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?
My birthday is pretty soon and my family wants to take me to a restaurant to celebrate. But Im afaid I might have a panic attack their in front of all those people. Also with anxiety I fear of choking on food so its going to be really hard eating. What should I do? Any advise?......
I work in a restaurant, not a very clean restaurant, mind you. My eyes really bother me at work. They run, get some kind of 'glaze' over them, makes it hard to work really. On my weekends after a couple days off, my eyes clear up the second day and feel normal, I can even wear make up. But as soon as I return to work, it's back to the irritation all week. Although they are much worse at work, my eyes stay irritated all week.
At least when eating. But almost EVERY #$$%@ time at a restaurant! Seriously, something is wrong! Don't take it out on your husbands, they probably hate it even more then you do. I mean, what man wants to walk away from food. If I don't and I feel the sneezes coming one, it is embarrassing as I sneeze at LEAST 15 times! Hard sneezes too! Seriously, if anyone figures it out post it here! I think there is some preservative in the food that is used at most/all restaurants.
I was having dinner with my husband at a restaurant and while eating I sneezed several times. During the sneezing cycles I felt pain in both my arms going down to my hands, the pain in the lower extremeties of my lower arms was so severe I had to stop eating. I felt very weak for about an hour. This has happened to me before but it was milder. Is this normal to happen or does it have something to do with the heart? What should I do? Thank you...

my name is polina i have a 8 year old daughter last night we went to the hospital to visit my mom , i took my daughter to the restaurant she was playing with the menu after i took it from her i saw some kind of sneeze mixed with dried blood on the menu .. i washed her hands so fast , then she insisted to eat something , we sat on the same table she ate .
I am having no symptoms of cold to make the matter more mysterious.I am 19 years old and I do have medical history of cold-allergies.I used to sneeze a few times in the morning everyday but not in these stressful days.

I took him straight from hospital and out and about my aunt took me to my favorute restaurant and my son was covered by carseat cover which I pulled back to look at my son and they saw he was a new born and popped off you should not havw that baby out he should he at home ans then they coughed did not cover mouths tgen tried touching my child i offered hsd sanitizer to them they siad no to it I told then kiss my *** anyone near my baby can cover their mouths noses when they cough or sneeze

I experienced a near choking event a week ago in a restaurant from coughing. I hadn't taken a bite yet but began coughing so intensely I could not breathe and was near passing out. When I got a breath it was very difficult and was more of a gasp for air. During the event I experienced severe stinging sensations in my chest. Since then every time I cough or sneeze the burning sensation returns and my ribs are very sore. Wearing anything tight around that area causes an extreme soreness.
My cough and sneeze headache is just awful. I can honestly say it is much much much worse this time around than it has ever been. (recap to some: I had surgery in 07 Nov, and after a long long run around long story, I have cerebellar ptosis). Anyway since this crummy cold my cough headache I noticed is bad! I used to have it mostly in the front and some in the back (lower back of head but mainly the front). Well now it is from Front to the Back of my head (top and back) all the way back.
