Happened to me the other day when i was laying in bed with my husband. I wasnt expecting it and caught me off guard. Worst pain ive felt in awhile!

It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row. It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

When i cough or sneeze i get this little pain in the lower abdomen just below my bellybutton. Is this good or bad? Any advice?

Are there any Canadians out there that know where we can access suboxone in Ontario? We've heard it's great to use to quit pain killers, but we can't seem to find where to get it. Does anyone know?

Today marks day 14 for me! I'm so happy I made it! The first couple of days were rough, and the days following those were a little hairy, and now just a lingering w/d here and there. I've sneezed a million times in the past week (what's up with that?) and certain smells are driving me nuts (I realized I HATE the smell of Pantene Pro V Conditioner and Dove deodorant). Even though I'm annoyed by certain smells, it's pretty cool to be smelling things again!

5 earthquake yesterday in Ontario and a tornado also in Ontario which pretty much devestated a smaller town there. Everything has come at once. I do not think Wisconsin is on a fault line, I believe it was the shocks coming from us. Then again, I can't remember ever having an earthquake in that part of our country...very strange.
